ah, the classic soulless corporate cartoon, shifting the responsibility from the billion dollar electricity company to the individuals, thank you tucson electric power!
Please show how the draw wire is placed into the pulley block. Around 1:14 time stamp. I’ve never understood how this is done, unless the pulley block is opened somehow, draw wire placed, and then pulley block closed. Thanks!
If you're on TEP's budget program you need to check the 3 different pages wherein they show you your BALANCE. This morning those 3 sites were showing me 3 different CREDIT BALANCES in 4 different places on my account sites (2 were the same; 2 others were totally different amounts). Just to be safe ...

TEP been 18 HOURS WITHOUT SERVICE! I live on the south side and have been taking screenshots of your outage update map. You SICKOS have been working on the rich white side of town completely ignoring the poor side of Tucson!! Those people can afford a generator or hotel stay WE THE POOR CANNOT!! Since we are not provided the same services EXACTLY WHY DO U CHARGE US THE SAME AMOUNT of $ for your services?! This is discrimination at it’s best! Our food is starting to go bad TEP. All south side wooden posts are beyond ROTTEN AND HAVE BEEN HERE FOR DECADES. Stop claiming you need to raise prices because of your investment into upgrading posts wiring etc. TEP YOU MOST DEFINITELY DID NOT WHERE IT IS NEEDED THE MOST. Maintaining and upgrading for the RICH ONLY THEN HIKE UP THEIR PRICES NO REASON FOR US TO PAY U MORE.
This would be SO MUCH MORE HELPFUL if it described the difference between TOU, Peak Demand, and Demand TOU. What is a Demand charge? Is that in addition to the on-peak energy charge, since they're both listed under the plan? I'm more than happy to adjust my energy usage but the explanation of these plans on the website is terrible.
I know you are just a representative but it doesn't change the facts that we get charge twice for the same service. Here is the example I have in mind... "Delivery Service" and "Power Supply Charges". "Delivery Service" for 400.93 kWh @$0.076115 + "Trans Cost Adj" @-0.00083 that comes up to $30.19. Now you take your "Power Supply Charges" which are Winter - 400.93 kWh @ 0.029038 that comes up to $11.64 + PPFAC [Purchased Power and Fuel Adjustment Charge - here you go again; charging me to twice for the same thing!] - 400.93kWh @0.008137 which this comes up to $3.26. A breakdown of all your surcharge that comes up to a grand total per Kilo Watt Hour of $45.09 total for 400.93 kWh that's what we actually pay. And going up every year. Also you can count with your 3 or 4 even 5 power outages a year. Not a good a good outlook. And that's not counting with future terrorist and Internet breaches of the outdated switching electrical system by Home Grown and International (Foreign) entities. If you ask me too little; too late! Your system is antiquate add best and you do not have the time to fix it. Europe is way ahead. Sorry to say.
What a great program! I hope it is still available. Thanks for this great energy saving tip a paying for up to three trees. All efforts to plant trees are awesome.
Can I request a video explaining the different types of plans? For example basic versus the demand plan? Thank you so much, I’m having a hard time understanding I’m just reading it on the webpage.

@@tucsonelectricpower What option would I choose when I call? I actually did try to do that yesterday morning however none of them were fitting with what I needed. That’s why I ended up trying to find a video :-) thank you!!!!
Instead of putting your Preschool skills to work on this channel. Maybe you should have power outages updates on line and why. How long its going to take to get them. Fixed. I dont care about greenhouse Gases i care about my life and being cool during the summer. I worry about now, not 60 years from now. This greenhouse crap is Global Evolution and natural change. Dinos had more greenhouse gasses with fecal matter than all the cars in the world for 50,000 years to come. What the world is going through is normal. Not a huge deal.
