Just purchased an EK7000, installed akaso go app on ip13pm. Can connect to the app but when try to download videos to the phone it quits the app and there is no video downloaded. Anybody's help in this issue is appreciated.
No need to change the door usually. The one shown in the video has two holes to let sound in. If you need the waterproof feature, it's best not to modify the door.
Question: Do these wifi action cameras Stream Live Video as it is happening, to a device i-Phone or tablet? What I'm looking for is to have a Front mounted camera for my Jeep to view the trail below my hood level, that I can watch on my i-Phone while driving. so it needs to be real time live viewing video stream, much like the usual front mounted wired cameras but wireless.
You can connect your camera to your phone using the AKASO GO app to preview or record. Just keep in mind that your phone won’t be able to use mobile data while connected to the camera's built-in Wi-Fi.
@@akasoofficial I've already reported this to support. Your cameras are useless for live streaming because they include the icons on the display. You should provide a firmware upgrade to make it possible to remove those, meaning you should allow *clean HDMI* like other cameras. Look up "clean HDMI" for more context. It's 2024, and this should be possible with all cameras now. You'll sell a lot more cameras if you can do this one basic update.

I just bought this camera and it came with a thousand mounts and accessories EXCEPT for the one I need to mount it on my inflatable paddle board. You'd think it would include a mount that screws onto the paddle board but nope.
To stick to a surfboard will be the same as the one for the helmet? It works under water? I am wondering if the stick will stays for long under water🤔🙄...

I´ve got a question, can It be somehow mounted on FAST MT helmet like on the nvg mount? like I tought I could just glue the adapter what is shown on the first helmet to the nvg mount. I wonder if there are any other ways to do It or I need to buy gopro ngv mount.

I finally figured out how to turn on WIFI. Turn On camera, go to video mode. Start then stop the video.... now hold the "OK" button for 2 seconds (WIFI ON) then press OK again to turn WIFI OFF

No regular updates. Terrible image stabilization and the same app interface from 2 years ago. A gopro 4 beats the hell out of this. I really don’t think Akaso has much to offer in 2024

Does it save the settings or does it default back to a factory setting after it is turned off? Can the touch screen be used underwater through the case?
Hello there. Settings are saved when powered off. The touchscreen isn't usable underwater, but you can toggle settings using buttons on the waterproof case.

Снимает ваша камера хорошо, не поспоришь, но скинуть с нее с супер стабилизированной картинкой ролик длиной в 3-5 минут не реально было, с моим экземпляром камеры. Она перегревалась, соединение терялось и мне пришлось потратить 2 дня на стабилизацию 8 роликов. Сначала я вытаскивал аккумулятор, думал он перегревается и камере не нравится это и она отключается. Стало чуть лучше, но ролики длиннее 3,5 минут все равно не скидывались, за это время она успевала раскалиться до красна. В общем помучавшись с этим устройством я его вернул в магазин. Возможно это был брак и проблема в конкретно моем экземпляре, но я ваш продукт вернул в магазин. Самое интересное что я добавил всего 10000 рублей и купил на Озоне DJI Action 4 и это решение всех проблем. Это не та сумма из-за которой стоит так страдать. И еще один момент это аксессуары от сторонних производителей. Ни Ulanzi, ни Telesin, ни другие бренды не знают про вас абсолютно ничего и найти защиту объектива, которую я разбил случайно, отдельно от камеры, невозможно, а это очень плохо, плохо, плохо, плохо. Микрофоны ваши внешние просто отстой. Неужели нельзя запаять не самый дешевый капсульный микрофон? Рамку алюминиевую с возможностью крепить свет или сторонний микрофон на Akaso Brave 8 где купить? Я не нашел. Аккумулятор, - та же проблема, камера то снята с производства, а народ напокупал. Видите сколько негатива может вызвать ваш продукт, в котором много чего не продумано. Самое главное я смог это все понять в очень короткий срок, меньше чем за 2 недели, иначе по Российским законам ее бы не приняли обратно в магазин. Надеюсь в других устройствах вы учтете все пожелания и то что вас рекламирует великий скалолаз Tommy Caldwell ни о чем еще не говорит. It overheated, the connection was lost and I had to spend 2 days stabilizing 8 rollers. At first I took out the battery, I thought it was overheating and the camera didn’t like it and turned off. It got a little better, but videos longer than 3.5 minutes still weren’t released, during which time she managed to get red-hot. I've got a big problem with sound recording. When I am trying to record our gigs the mic is just not good enough Mic isn't good enough to handle the bass. Is there any settings for voice recording to improve sound quality

in my experience, if your in a place your phone doesn't have really good signal natively it basically does not carry a connection to the cameras network. i imagine its akin to streaming the video to your phone from the camera. if the signal is poor it just doesn't bother connecting. i got it to work one time but i have shotty at best* cell signal at my home.
Sorry to hear about the connectivity issues. Being in an area with better signal can improve the situation. You could also try using a phone card reader for quicker and more convenient file transfer. 📶📱📷
