While there was no reason for the stop, don't run. That puts you in trouble. Keep recording, let the cop get his shit together, then sue the department for harassment/unlawful traffic stop and make some money. Running is stupid, and those light bars aren't just lights. The majority of cruisers now have 360° cameras that scan plates. If they want you, they'll get you. So, instead of fighting it in the street, fight it in court. That way, you get money instead of a criminal record for being stupid.
