I did the layout and installation by studying the on line videos Husqvarna had on the web ru-vid.comUgkx2KDztGvdU79XTmlqIMSUyPq8CjprGJOR also recommended it When I started the unit it stated it would take a few days to learn all the spots in the yard. So I thought it was just finding the areas till I noticed it was cutting. It is so quite you don't know it is cutting.
Hi buddy i bought this frame and just going to start building it up what lenght dropper post did you use? My inside seam is 82cm /32inches any help would be really really appreciated
@@england1818 yes. I have the medium fram for my girlfriend, she is 168 cm tall. Both bikes fits me well I think. I have a short stem with a tall steering bar on my large 19.5 frame so i get a bit of an upright sitting position that i think is more comfortable. works well for me while climbing also i think.
Wow, Impressive. I want to create a similiar Lawn mower. Instead of an XMaxx I want to use a 1/8 Crawler which ist not so fast but better in climbing. Some lead into the tires...Could work? What do you think?
This weighs 15kg+. I think weight and ruggedness is important to carry extra batteries and the weedwacker motors. Which crawler are you thinking about? does the differentials handle the extra weight? they might also be too twisty so the weedwacker motors might hit the ground?
@@herskerhans I am thinking about a AMEWI SPIRIT but you are right, weight matters. I want but put some lead into the tires and I have to limit the shocks.
@@jochenweisel8612 might work great, the size looks good, nice with the moa setup, motor on axles, the rear diff looks a bit small maybe to carry a big weight up a hill maybe? crawlers are built as light as possible with added weigt to the tires.
Did you guys had to deal with glue? I have a 6.4kwh battery module and it's my 3rd day trying to remove the cells from the pack. I removed about 20 of them, the reason for the slow progress is that they used glue in between the cells! I use your method like in 9:11 but instead, I use a trowel and hammer in-between the cells to break-down the glue and plastic. It's a very slow and tedious process but it works for me. If you guys have any suggestions, please let me know, cause sooner or later I'll probably go crazy with how long this will take :) I will say this video helped me tremendously on finding methods to dismantle the battery! Thanks alot!
I would bet that thinner sharper metal blades would slice grass more efficiently as well as cut thicker grass 2 birds one stone. I did the same thing as you, only I used a sheet of 3/16ish thick plastic that I heated and formed to the underside of the xmaxx, makes for easier cleanup and removing the "deck." I repurposed some blades out of a tomato slicer, they were sharpened on one side only, causing the grass to get pulled up, like any full size mower. Its an amazing concept for sure until you forget your mowing and start bashing for a brief moment.....and then cleanup...... Ever turn over your lawn mower to clean it, scale that down to 1/6 scale... Youve probably long moved on from this project, well for the future tinkerers, some things to consider. There's alot more left out of this book message me!
Halo.uncle. I have 1 ask for you. How porsen you push the tortle in you remot,on the flying to slow?. I am sory of my English not be right. I am from Indonesia
Fein tool does fantastic job cutting these batteries, but If you push electric Fein cutting tool too deep, you will damage battery walls. You can cut above cooling strips only though. The gap in the raw between cooling strips is too narrow for cutting with Fain tool. Pay attention not to push it too deep. Use left or right corner of the Fein blade tool. I mean go with one corner of the tool, kinda pushing it sideways but not vertically down. It prevents suddenly plunging the tool deeper down. As soon you cut the plastic, don't push the tool far more deeper. It will damage the wall of batteries. This kinda job requires a great control of the Fein tool. You must know what you doing. More left or right, you will damage a battery.
rc-plans.com/catalog/item183.html steve schumates plan, i think its still free to download. I printed mine in 200% the fuselage is 220mm long, perfect for dual 90mm edf to. There are more vids of it on my channel.
@@herskerhans Frankly, I am very, very sorry, but I did not find the measurements and I do not speak English very well. Can I communicate with you on Instagram Can you help me a little by sending me the measurements on a piece of paper only while I am working on it in my country? It will make me very happy, frankly. ♥♥♥
Hello my friend, I am trying to build a plane and I found the size of your plane is very suitable. Can you give me the measurements please, even if you ask me for money, I will pay you for you to give me the measurements and sizes through a PDF file
For any DIY folks, we are a Solar Energy & Ecology Institute in Malawi, our Innovation Lab is looking to reuse Tesla's EV battery modules and individual batteries giving them a second life for use in mini-grids, systems for hospitals, medical centres, schools etc. as well as use in projects like this for use in e-bikes and other battery run projects. Malawi is one of the least electrified countries globally with less than 1% of the 85% of the rural population connected to the National grid. We are looking for enthusiasts to join us either in Malawi or virtually to work on these projects. Feel free to contact me through a linked-in message or post a reply and I will send my whattsapp contact.
