Just had this implanted on Dec 22, 2023. I have already had a reduction in symptoms, especially groin pain. Pain at the Fortins Finger spot is definitely better and I expect that to continue. @@yanivcohen1843 Well, that's a lot of bone for them to remove. I'm not sure what happened to the bony endplates then. That's what the artificial disc is placed onto. Also, the facets typically fuse together as well. Maybe it's possible with this device since they're replacing the facets and the disc. Personally, I'm skeptical of this device and anything else that claims to be a facet prosthesis.
