All she does is show how to section your hair lol there’s no instruction on the cut itself… how is a beginner supposed to know how to do a “slide cut”? Got my hair looking a mess 😂
How does it look in the back though? I don’t want a U-shape in the back which is what happens when you over direct and pull the hair in front of the body to cut it Yeah it should be noted at the beginning no what kind of cut this is. This is for a V or U-shaped haircut in the back which isn’t currently on trend. Just FYI. Also doesn’t look great on really fine hair because it won’t look as full..
I have been wanting my hair cut for a while now, and so in my impatience decided to try this, it's not perfect (I've never cut my hair before) but I don't think I'll need to go in and get it corrected by a stylist! I'm happy!
I tired this thinking it will come out straight, weelll it is straight from the front but on your back is in between U and V shape, not what I wanted originally but my hair is much healthier and just trying to get use to it 💕 The video was really helpful thank you !
My god i spent longer than 20 minutes just trying to get the first section parted right. My hair is so annoying and thick with cowlicks . Using a sturdy thin headband really helped guide

I have followed the video from head to toe and ended up with a crooked haircut.. My hair at the back is longer than my hair at the front. I am giving my honest opinion so others are prepared that this may happen to them too. If you end up following the video, be on the safe side and cut 1-2cm, Don't cut more than that so you don't regret it, and so your hairdresser has the opportunity to correct the mistakes I will say that my hair is much healthier now 😃

this is such a great video but i dont think my scissors were sharp enough and i messed up and had to cut off like 3 - 4 inches 😂 but love this video so easy to follow x
Came here to say that this is the second time I use this to cut my hair :D It really helps when you need a simple trim, salon can wait for something more complex.
I didn't have salon shears so i used normal scissors VERY carefully and it still came out nice! I ended up skipping the face framing cause normal scissors could never haha 10/10 tutorial, thank you so much <3
I have thick medium length hair and this was kind of difficult to get the sections sectioned out. I think having a 2nd handheld mirror would be super helpful.
