There are tons of people who have lost not only weight via live class or by taking classes with me on line. yes people go to dance, feel good about their self and be in a space where they're supported and celebrated.
I just did this one for the first time today! I don't need a new video to dance with Mike and the gang. Dancing makes me feel alive and I just loved this one. And I love the positive affirmations. Thanks Mike!!!
