for a few years I had worked in Blender primarily for my work but since finding out about your work, I had decided to move to Cinema 4D, and your videos have made transferring that knowledge over very useful and helpful. your work is very inspiring and motivational! 👐

Could have literally traced the bottle in Illustrator or Coreldraw and lathed it. Would save literally 3/4s of this whole tutorial in time.

Very tuff to have a noise free fast rendering with this kind of inetrior. Have any ideas how to get rid of the noise witout a crazy long render for a simple scene like that? (I have 2 X RTX 3090. and it still up to 2.5 min for a 1080p render).

Thanks for this video! I am NOT seeing any Puzzle Matte in my PSD file. Can't seem to figure out how you exported the .psd so that the AOV is in the layers. Please Help!

love your work! Random question: I see you have the Render Boxes ABS Travel Case(s), does it fit as a carry-on in an airplane? I have a pretty large desktop that I have carried for car trips in it's original shipped box, but have wondered how I could make it fit as a carry-on...I imagine the Render Boxes Travel Case is quite durable but I doubt it's durable enough for checked luggage handling? Thanks!

Indeed, RS may not be the optimal tool for architectural visualization, and it seems unlikely that it will surpass Corona in that domain.

Any chance you could share render settings? I've followed everything and saving to EXR, Tiff, or PSD but once opening in PS everything looks ugly and multipass doesn't add up as it does in yours. Only the Beauty render looks correct.

For the linear ramp shading @12:15. You can actually use a plain effector with a formula field. Write "U", "V", or "W" depending on the direction you clone your object. That operation reads out default UV mapping in your cloner. You can also write "id" to read out clone indexes and divide it with "count" to get a nice ramp based on clone ids.

Hi there! At first, awesome tutorial. I just started doing interiors in redshift. Usually I do these in blender, but I like to use both for what they’re best. In this case redshift kinda annoys me with heavy noise. Only way to get a clear image is by using irradiance point cloud, since brute force takes ages to calculate and is still noisy. Any idea what could cause this? It’s definitely the GI, since giving it more samples for light etc. doesn’t change anything. The portal light was already a nice tip (these also exist in blender but work entirely differently. )

Out of curiosity I wanted to ask, with these professional projects for big clients, are there any notes they gave you on interior style furniture etc.? Or were you free to design the space yourself, which makes me wonder for for example copyright since there are in the interior famous furniture pieces included?
