Correct! It's only 15%, that is roughly 2 vortex charges in every 15 basic attack, dash attack, dodge counters, or quick assist. It might be low but consider this! When you are using rally, what are the odds that the enemy is about to hit you? I have found myself having to dash attack or dodge counter multiple times to reposition myself during rally. During longer boss fights, this happens more often. I think that it's a quality of life upgrade where sometimes you just need that 1 more vortex for an early rally to get fly the flag buff.
@@mybedvt how often do you use Soukaku on field? I never know what to do with her during CA, do u skip her? Do u activate her buff before triggering CA? Because her CA time is so long, and she is taking up the stun bar.
Usually, I never buff myself with Soukaku unless I have fly the flag enhanced buff. Like you said, she takes up a lot of time so I don't think the regular buff is worth the time. As for chain attacks, I use it to activate the buff. She does take a lot of stun bar time but the way I see it is I am able to get really good burst in after my buff. Soukaku also gives really good ice anomaly progress.
okay I was mad when I got Lycon in one of my rolls but now that I know he's the best person to team with her I'll build him now just to make Corin (my most built character) shine.

THANK YOU!!! I was trying so hard to understand her after getting her in a random pull! I understood she was good with an ice team but after reading her stats like 3 times and training it just wasn’t clicking with me. This was so helpful can’t wait for more on other characters if you continue. 😊
Im VERY tempted to pull for m6. I'm m5 fresh banner after just having got cop girl. But I don't wanna accidentally get cop girl m1. But also I could lose 5050 in trying to get my for Nicole which would be amazing... Hmmmmmmmmmmmm if she's not in the monthly shop I might go for it
Tysm! I've been playing without headphones (for reasons) but now that i know to listen for audio cues, i'll keep that in mind, very helpful! Someone also mentioned you can tell by her pose but when you're in combat that's not super easy to notice
Awesome guide! I've been using Corin with Lycaon and Piper and it seems to work relatively well with full team additional skill activation. You basically use Piper to apply Assault status, at which point you break crazy fast with Lycaon and as long as you refresh Power relatively close to the enemy stun window you will get the Synced Aggression 18% damage buff for Corin's stun window burst combo. I'm not sure if Lucy would be an upgrade over Lycaon, as I don't have her, but I do think the team is reasonably well rounded, since you can basically use Piper to take out groups and Corin for demolishing stunned boss enemies.
