It goes with the saying of a famous billionaire Jack Ma “EBay may be a shark in the ocean, but I'm a crocodile in the Yangtze River.” Meaning always build a product with respect to the audience.
Shravan Bhaiya, Very Good Video. Just a feedback, in the video there is multiple repetition of a single part where someone asks about example on system taking care of themselves via self reflection (at least 3 times I saw that part interjected with normal flow of the video. Please check that :) Regards, Avinash Kumar
That's the beauty of a teacher. This video reminds me of saying that there's no bad student but a bad teacher. (However this is not absolutely true). This video cleared my doubt in such a logical way that I am still in awe. I used to think that I am so confused and there are so many if's and but's. This video not only taught me how to filter out the choices and come to a logical conclusion but also clear the air of my future course of action. P.S - I fall in the sixth category!
When you think about everything in life from the system point of view and think about everyone else then people will start taking it for granted, how is this beneficial then?
Hello Shravan, I have 15+ years experience in QA. I was looking for some suggestions on how to transition to Product Management. This video is such a gem. The way you have explained and the strategy you have provided to move to PM is so much powerful, so many people might not realize, but it is a Gold standard. It is true today(2024) and it will be a true even 15-20 years down the line. Thanks for your videos... Keep doing more such videos.
Would be curious if you could compile for B2B companies like Atlassian, Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle especially since these offer RSUs and are mostly listed and not ESOP and have little different hierarchies and expectations. Differences may not too much but significant especially the segment is not catered by many knowledge experts and influencers Also based on my experience, the years of experience in B2B PMs are much higher compared to B2C PM for different hierarchy
I am sorry. I don't know if anybody has noticed, but Sharavan and his head bobbling constantly disturb your attention. I don't know if it is because of the excitement or what. I have been your follower on all the channels and from the blue Adidas zipper days !! Great work.
Hi Sir,I am also PM aspirant,Does PM always have to provide innovative solution to problem,or create something always,I am just scared ,Dont you think it will make PM job realistic very challenging as if product is fully developed there will be no further job to perform for PM
