Great video. The view is amazing, but from what I'm seeing, it doesn't feel ultra luxurious based on fixtures and layout. Just feels like a regular gated community. Take for instance the black bathroom facets, they look good, but in a few months will be stained by hard water. With all that being said, I wish I could afford one of these.
Love your content. The angles and views you show are amazing. Invest in a camera stabilizer take it to the next level. This property is amazing, from the town houses to the apartments. I can't imagine the price. Those skylights in the townhouse hallway 🔥
Not bad. In terms of layout I would not have designed the powder room to be beside the kitchen. I love white so I would have preferred the interior walls to be white. Eg if the kitchen walls and backsplash tiles were white, it would have stood out more for me. Not bad though.
