It would seem the JS1aF-B-12V-FT is no longer available, however, there is a JS1aF-B-12V-F Anyone know if this would work or what the difference might be. This is a four pin model, which I believe the FT was. Any help would be appreciated...I'd like to get that back burner working again. For info, I swapped the wires from the non working, larger element, for the smaller one, which I used less, and was able to get the larger element working again just fine, but it's controlled by the smaller element buttons.
Thank you so much for the video! Mine, Miele KM5603 has the problem that the main on/off touch button does not work anymore. Is there a way to fix that? If I manage to turn it on, the rest works fine, but the touch button, which is the main one, to turn on the equipment, doesnt open. If you have any idea how to fix it, please tell me!
Great video, helped me a lot! Does anyone know where to get this white wire and clips, because mine have gone brown in 3-4 spots and I am thinking about changeing them
Thanks for the video. I had a different problem one of the elements did not work at all. Traced to a failed relay which your video explained how to replace.
Thanks for your video! I followed your method and replaced a relay for my KM543 and it is working normally again. My problem is having one heating element always on when the cooktop is turn on. The original relay inside is Tyco T7S V1H6-12-WG which seems to be inferior to the Panasonic relay.
Thank you so much. All 4 elements of our KM 468 were behaving badly, and so I replaced all the relays and bingo!, they all work perfectly now. Yours was the only video explaining the KM 468 fault, so I'm really grateful. Thanks for sharing!
Hi thank you for your precious informations. Mine works perfect but there is continuous sound from today morning. Is there something I can do? Is it dangerous to use it?
*Really nice=>>**allmy.tips/GE_Cooktop?R18** Delivery was quick and best, not broken! :) Hardish to keep clean, which I believe is pretty typical of these.*
Hi and thanks for your video. I have exactly the same symptom with my Miele KM460. However, my malfunction is on the lower left element (the biggest of four). Do you know if the relays for all the elements are of the same type/model like yours?
@@alijagic1975 Relay model number for my KM-451 is E3242-00. I couldn't find any information about this model online but did find E3242-01 on eBay from Spain that looks the same so I will give it a try. In the meantime I've swapped in a working relay from a different element that I never use (the one for use with elongated fish pans).
Thank you very much. Without this video I would never have fixed it! I ordered the JS1aF-B-12V-FT on eBay for 7,50 Euro with shipping from Germany to the Netherlands
