Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t this the song from Phantom of the Opera? If so I never knew it was a Bach song. Shame on me. And I call myself a Bach fan.
A few points to make, firstly a great tune never gets old, secondly, never forget that almost every contemporary portrayal of a classical composer based on accounts of their lives shows a tortured soul pushing at the edge of an envelope exactly as the latter-day greats have. It is probably not so hard to imagine how the Blackmores, Schenkers, Guilberts, Lifesons and Satrianis et al of the present might have moved in the same circles as the Bach's, Beethoven's, Tchaikovskis and Holst's of the past, it is no mere coincidence that so often a rock concert will begin with a classical intro, the instruments may have changed but the ideas come from the same place and I do not believe the greats of the past would not have marveled at the musicianship and the technique of the like of Eddie Van Halen in full flow.
It is mental sickness to add such demonic images and hanging skeletons to the beauty of superb music of Bach who glorified life -not death. It takes real numbness of a mind to equate beauty of sound with visuals of demons. One had to be in a really overdosed state. It is disrespectful to Bach, Sinfonicca musicians, and those who searched Bach - Metal version. Here is proof that original, Sinfonicca video showed life musicians playing with inspiration and without beloved by you images of demons and death. Respectful people post their narration of Bach and hanging skeletons on their own PC - not in the face of those who are led to the video by search engines. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wqgQ7IYhvRg.html
Hi Leo, The reason there are two different versions is that one version is a satirical reference to all the horror films which use the oening bars of the Toccata as a reference to a spooky event. The satire is revealed when our zombies start line dancing. The moral being never judge anyone by first imopressions...In the real world zombies are fictional characters there is no such thing as a zombie in any event!
@@thevinylrecordreview You have nerves to talk of morals, splashing demagoguery, avoiding the issue that it is an insult to the beauty and finesse of Bach music to infuse it with ugly images of demons and hanged skeletons ,as well as replacing the original video, showing talented musicians performing together with zombies. You have some audacity to equate live musicians with your beloved zombies and shower all with hogwash that it is satire. No, it's not! Post your own music you create and add any demons your mind craves. What Bach and Sinfonicca have to do with perversion? It is you who misjudged the real musicians. Turning tables is useless.
Thanks Mix . There never was an intention to make avideo as such The video is just bits and pieces from Iphones etc . Its also up there without visuals!
Вам бы играть научиться, ребятки, прежде чем видео писать... (( есть фильмы класса Б, когда всё снимается в одном павильоне, а у вас музыка класса Б, когда всё лепится на одном фрутилупсе
Quote of The Vinyl Record Review “first of all there is no such thing as 'a concept of classical music'.” /// end of quote. No wonder you chose to continue demagoguery, refusing to recognize that Bach is a classical composer. What Bach has to do with your agenda of “anything goes” ? It is illiterate and immature to deny existence of classical music, trying to pervert it as fits your agenda. Definition: “Classical music is a genre written in Europe around 1750 to 1830 that is characterized by its elegance, balance, and homophonic textures. It includes several forms like sonatas, symphonies, and operas.” Loved by you zombies and demonic images are your, personal choice but not of Bach. By definition, evil or demonic images are characterized by grotesque and distorted appearances, which have nothing to do with “elegance, balance, harmony” which define classical music! If not too lazy, read on what classical music is from the world encyclopedias instead of propelling misinformation in childish stubbornness. If don’t care for Encyclopedias, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classical_music. As for your, invention of satire and Bach, suggesting that he welcomed zombies to portray his music, it is nonsense and unethical. Art accompanied music since inception. There is no known publication of Bach showing bellowed by you zombies and demonic faces, which you present as “dancing enthusiasts!” When you preach not to judge a book by its cover, while forcing own covers, which were not on original works of Back, you continue showing disrespect to the original composers, who shared their talent to promote beauty and harmony judging all readers as welcoming your vision of Bach with zombies. As for your, own perception that zombies and demonic faces represent beauty and harmony, that is your personal choice; however, disrespectfully forced on all who Googled Bach Toccata and Fugue (Metal Version) . The honest approach would be, then, to add “zombies, demons, etc.” to the Search Engines so your, intended audience, sharing the same beliefs can, also, enjoy Back with zombies version. Who told you all searched for that?
@@Johnnyrotten.111Schackahshine Your dumb reply just doesn't make sense. You reply to comments you don't, allegedly, read and, somehow, self-appointing yourself to speak on behalf of all. A good example how mind degrades watching those zombies and skeletons in the video you love, which misrepresent Bach. His Toccata is not about that crap.
Idiotic, evil images don't deserve to pollute glory of Bach. It takes some, dumb mind to throw such images at people instead of watching them himself before goes to sleep if loves them so much.
Hi Leo Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. The zombies weren't thrown in for no reason they are there as a light hearted satirical reference to to all the dozens of film makers who use the opening bars of the Toccata section to denote a scary event. As you saw during the Fugue the Zombies are revealed to be line dancing enthusiasts! For those who don't care for the satirical approach there is also a version with just studio footage and there's a version ( opus1 ) with no footage at all ! so everyone is catered for. Thanks again for your consideration.
@@thevinylrecordreview Please explain that to Back if believe he was for that. Layering cheap junk images over the classical theme is beyond disrespectful to the concept of classical music. One should be able to discern what matches what and to which style of music zombies and demons belong...
@@Leo-xs7yg Hi Leo, Yes of course, first of all there is no such thing as 'a concept of classical music'. As I say , the zombies weren't thrown in for no reason they are there as a light hearted satirical reference to to all the dozens of film makers who use the opening bars of the Toccata section to denote a scary event. As you saw during the Fugue the Zombies are revealed to be line dancing enthusiasts! The motto is don't judge a book by its cover. Appearances can be deceptive and its wrong to pigeon holde people based on outward appearances. As I also say , For those who like you don't care for the satirical approach, there is also a version with just studio footage and there's also version ( opus1 ) with no footage at all ! so everyone is catered for. Something for everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😀 Thanks again for your consideration.

Thanks for listening and your thoughful comment. Music is such a subjective experience. We really appreciate you taking the time. There are a couple of other variations on the Channel called Opus 2 and 3 There's alos a concerto for organ and orchestra so plenty to get your brain exercised !

Bach is sitting on his cloud, drinking some ale with Beethoven and Wagner. Suddenly he looks down to Earth: "Ludwig, Richard, stop drinking and listen. That is how I meant it to sound!".
