dude went from posting sachin vids to ripping games to jee lectures and finally making covers that said, banger cover man, probably the best trains cover on yt
Bro I'm like the biggest PT fan. I generally don't like PT covers much as such, becuz I feel nobody can do justice to the songs. But then here I am, watched your whole video, and dropping this comment. You were amazing. Thanks for respecting the nuances. Much love from Bhubaneswar, India.
Dude why does your vocal timbre exactly match Steven Wilson's own? God damn this is a near exact match to the original song (in fact I might not even have noticed its a cover if I played in the middle without knowing what version I was playing). Do you have a version of the song without the synths, and does it sound nearly as good? Because I want to make a similar sound with my band but we don't have a synth player
Such an impossible song to do justice to and yet you managed to capture the mood perfectly. Heart Attack In A Layby is one of my absolute favourite PT songs. I didn't really appreciate it originally, but I think I was just too young to really comprehend that tragedy isn't just a young person dying a sudden, violent death; but can also be the personal tragedy of a middle aged man dying of a not particularly unexpected heart attack alone on the road.
