I tasted an Italian omelet at a Farmer's market in CA and tried to find a recipe to no avail, so I am guessing that's how it is done ... I would just fry potatoes WITH onions (gives it so much taste), plus black pepper at least, and I would add some parsley. The guy said the Italian omelet has onions, potatoes, and cheese... Tasted really good. Thumbs up for the speed, but you don't really have to show how to cut all 4 of your potatoes 😁 Thank you for the video!
Yes, great suggestion. I was wondering where the flavour would come from if you only made it with potatoes and egg, seems kinda bland to me. Thanks for sharing
Ah finally trying to find something for a long time the way mom made it. Every other frittata recipe I saw they stuck it in the oven which I thought would over cook the eggs and make it less fluffy
