ez’s tagalog verse has a lot of double meanings. “Sa dinami-rami mong mali, utak mo lang may tama” literal translation was as you said, but the word “tama” can mean multiple things in tagalog. “tama” means correct or right. it also means hit or getting hit. so in the context of “utak mo lang may tama”, it can be translated to “only your brain got hit”. in tagalog, this means you have a mental disorder. “Sa kitid mo mag-isip, pare, 'la ka man lang na banat” again, the literal translation is as you said. the word “banat” means to stretch something, but contextually in rap, “banat” can mean bars Naglalim-laliman, ang sarap mong ilublob sa dagat “naglalim-laliman” means trying to be deep with your thoughts and words. it goes well with the phrase “ang sarap mong ilublob sa dagat” because the phrase contextually means to drown someone in the sea. “di masasalag ng iyong sentido o ng iyong bibig” this literally translates to “cannot be blocked either by your temple or your mouth”, which ties back to the 45-caliber or 9 scheme this is a rough translation of ez’s tagalog verse. a lot of the verse gets lost in translation and is hard to convey in english and it certainly doesn’t do ez justice.

Silly question hun.... do you have access to independent news sources that aren't on platforms that use algorithms? Sources that don't have news 'feeds' for you to pick and choose articles? I only ask bc those few and far between these places are the only ones i find that are a step back from the cluster fck of opinion pieces built from the bits and pieces of the story that suit their perspective as opposed to providing perspective. Far from perfect and no matter what they say i will always say do your own research before sharing since lord knows the majority of "news" sources dont This situation in particular tho should be an eye opener for people... no matter what went down its the aftermath that terrifies tf outta me. The thought that anyone would have been ok with let alone happy if he had passed... even worse wishing he had? That that mindset is feed while the once again lack of violence in response doesn't seem to even register... that ish screams volumes
@@W4ll_fl0w3r oh either way, no matter how I view it, it’s still very fucked up that someone has to kill and die at all. It’s very messed up and truthfully, I feel for the victims that have unintentionally lost their lives at the shooting (fuck the shooter tho, idc for the shooter either way). Also, I don’t really look at politics a lot tbh. I just kinda don’t want to get into it too much because it’s a cluster fuck at this point. I can see both sides and their views, and it’s tough cause I can agree with each side on different subjects while also disagreeing.
@OfficialLc4 ya that is what I was saying and the reason why I asked about news sources is because not all news is politics but since polarization and politics is whats pushed many simply stay away from the news as a whole.. heck I'm an information junkie and I stopped watching the news same time I got rid of cable 17yrs ago lol... That's why it's times like this when facts get discarded for feelings I stay away from places that pick the parts I see I hope I didn't come across as though I disagreed.. bc whether I do or don't is irrelevant and would be hypocritical to say the least lol... especially when my hope is that people don't just take things at surface value ... better yet look into the information that insights an emotional response ... All this unnecessary ish they keep projecting, in all directions, has done so much damage already 😔
@OfficialLc4 oh and hun the fact that you can see good and bad in both sides speaks volumes for your ability to keep and open mind and see things for what they are!! Its heartbreaking that this song is getting slept on tho it wasnt Em's album or Techs album or any of the crazy singles that dropped fri... the events from the weekend hit home with tom and nova... this track is one hogfam have been asking to have a video for since Us Against The World dropped so it meant a lot to finally see it. In regards to You Missed for many Tom took the chaos of emotions that washed over the west and he said what soooo many were thinking out loud and showed us all that we weren't alone in it..
@@tilkibazil I do not really see how you can view me as an enemy when I don’t really try to get into the politics stuff, I can understand tho what Tom is saying in his music, and I can see the issues in this world, just this world has too many issues to really go out and fix them all, and it just keeps getting worse instead of better.
