Guitar too close to amplifier? Does it do it when you back away? Ground lift switch? All my amps make noise if I'm too close. Just got a Fryette ps2 that screams like a banshee when I'm too close. Good idea to have an power outlet tester to make sure your wall outlet is properly grounded.
Hi @232lazy , thanks for the comment, actually I tested all outlets in my house and that big "hummm" noise still comes out even at very low volumes , had to put my volume on the guitar at 50% to make it disappear but that affects the tone I want to reach . I also tried playing around 4-5 feet away and put the cab in a different direction than me and still the same issue. on 10w or 25w the same issue. So, I took some time two days ago and opened it following suggestions from a friend and the manual and "re-sitted" every tube and actually in one of the preamp tubes there was a black (corroed) leg , I am almost sure that was the issue, being a brand new amp , I just returned it today , I am nt goig to buy new tubes for a new amp , very disappointed with mesa . I kept the cab though . The cracking sound might be a different issue , is weird but I did not got it again .
I love Kirk Hammett, James is the reason I got into guitar, but kirks personality is one that resonates w me so closely. This same thing happened at the MetLife stadium a few weekends ago
Q merda . Ate eu nao erro bebado . Como ele pode errar ganhando milhões no show . Este comeco e muito facil . Falta de profissionalismo. Iron maiden e top nisso
These guys are non professional at all. Jeez. I’ve seen megadeth and Anthrax and slayer probably 14 times between all three and not one of them messed up once at any of those shows. Hell even metallicas sound men and guitar techs suck! These guys sold out so long ago
It's really shocking how people react seriously on these vids. I mean it's not even mistake anymore after playing the song for about billions of times. These guys are one of the successful entertainers in the history of metal. They are up on the stage to entertain us. These little silly acts are entertaining for the crowd and a great way to connect with the audience. take a chill pill guys.
