To my late Mentor, the late Michael A. Brooks, "Well Done" thy good and Faithful Servant, and because of your faithfulness to uphold GOD's Word, I truly believe that you made it to, "Heaven"!🙌🏽🌷💐 I pray that all the artist who were a part of this Project during that time like John P. Kee, Yolanda Adams, Keith Staten, and Fred Hammond, will continue what this dear brother started and that is spread the Gospel Of JESUS CHRIST...
no matter how many times i listen to this incredibly beautiful song, i get chills!! Thomas Whitfield was so incredibly talented, and gone way too soon!! His choirs voices blended so beautifully and brought each song to an astounding crescendo!! Absolute chills and comfort from this song!! So beautiful....God Bless his legacy!!
Father, I realize my helplessness in saving myself, and I glory in what Christ Jesus has done for me. I let go-put aside all past sources of my confidence-counting them worth less than nothing, in order that I may experience Christ and become one with Him. Lord, I have received Your Son, and He has given me the authority (power, privilege, and right) to become Your child. I unfold my past and put into proper perspective those things that are behind. I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. I trust in You, Lord, with all my heart and lean not on my own understanding. I I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings, becoming like Him in His death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead. So, whatever it takes, I will be one who lives in the fresh newness of life of those who are alive from the dead. I don’t mean to say that I am perfect. I haven’t learned all I should yet, but I keep working toward that day when I will finally be all that Christ saved me for and wants me to be. I am bringing all my energies to bear on this one thing: Regardless of my past, I look forward to what lies ahead. I strain to reach the end of the race and receive the prize for which You are calling me up to heaven because of what Christ Jesus did for me. In His name I pray, amen.
Father, I look to You. Help me learn of You, even in the midst of this adversity and remain strong in You and in Your mighty power. Father, I believe that You brought me to this point in my life, and I will not be afraid, for You turn into good anything that is intended for my undoing. You are God, and there is no other; there is none like You. You know the end from the beginning, from ancient times, and what is still to come. Your purpose in this situation will stand, and You will do all that You please. I refuse to be amazed and bewildered at the fiery ordeal that is taking place to test my quality, as though something strange, unusual, and alien to me and my position were befalling me. Father, I remember that Your blessing brings wealth, and You add no trouble to it. There is surely a future hope for me, and my hope will not be cut off. I have sown that good might come to others, and I believe that I shall reap in due season, if I faint not. O, my soul, don’t be discouraged. Don’t be upset. Expect God to act! For I know that I shall again have plenty of reason to praise Him for all that He will do. He is my help! He is my God! Lord, I offer up to You sacrifices of praise-the fruit of my lips, which confess Your name-and I will not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices You are pleased. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.
This song makes me cry every time I hear it. Lisa’s vocals are anointed; she didn't come to disappoint 🙌🏽 I appreciate how she remixed it, too. Wow, both versions of this song are 🔥.
