Thanks for the presentation. I must say this is the first time I hear someone actually not condemning having KRs as an effort item. Usually you will hear this is incorrect and that we should have KRs only in the form of outcomes or results.

I finally understand what Vision really is and how to create a Vision Statement that I believe in and stand by. We had one before, but it was just ticking a box, I couldn't even remember what it was if you asked me.
NPS is fundamentally flawed and fraud... Cuz it is based on illogical unmeasurable Categorization... Why are passives 7 or 8 but not 6 or 5 .. Same goes to the other 2 ... It's pure assumption...not based on realistic data
Is this something that would benefit a small business? We will only have 1-8 employees at any time for the foreseeable future. The only issue I see is getting market data to help with the analysis.
Great content! I really like how phrases like "Where to Play" add a touch of fun to the seriousness of business strategies. I would also suggest adding "Use New Technology" to the mix. I recently discovered a tool called InvideoAI, an AI that can create faceless videos in minutes. Now, I can produce a video a day, truly allowing me to "Play to Win."
