Nice video of how things looked 5-6 years ago....major difference now is the completion of the Pearson Plaza...I sent the video to my kids so they could see what a beautiful city Elliot Lake is....moving here from Thunder Bay was one of the BEST decisions I have made and I am into year 5 now...

Confusing!!! Yes, very beautiful surroundings BUT where are pics of apartments??? That is the title of video or are you renting the outdoor space and not a place to live in????? just sayin!!! I am considering moving to area (presently 9 hr drive away) but this video is NOT helpful in helping me see the living arrangement???
Easy there tiger, the video had a very specific purpose, to show the general surroundings and outside of the building, which is now sold and no longer our business. Sorry if the title was so confusing for you. It never said "interior apartments" but I guess I can get the disappointment. Go find some listings or look on el-rent.com while the site is still up for photos of this particular place, but there is no guarantee other places are gonna look the same right. One place could be a palace, other could be a dump, like anywhere.

Yes, I am an outdoors type and looking for a fresh start after a shitty divorce from a woman whom it bent on destroying my reputation thru lies and shitty acting. Kinda an Amber Heard type. I'll control what I can and that includes a fresh start away from the unwarranted drama. Any other towns in that area you would recommend?? I'm headed up to Serpent River (Airbnb) for 2 weeks Aug 15th to scope out the area. Thanx again for your response and invite. I will make contact when I get settled.

Allright everybody, I'll heed some of your advice more... Admittedly finding good kiting areas close by to me is a bit of a challenge hence using this 'risky' location... I had kited here several times and had checked the forecast for the wind, this is relatively close to an airport so getting accurate wind readings isn't that much of an issue. Also, it appears that I am closer to the road that I actually was. However admittedly I should be wearing a helmet regardless and yes, I guess at the end of the day it's better safe than sorry. If I choose to go here again I'll use a different part of the field where I'll have much more room for a 'safety buffer' if something were to suddenly change with the winds. Thanks everyone for your concern.

+wrforte The video is not sped up, there are moments going up to 110km/h on the open stretches, at 9:44 almost end up on the ground though, the XL just rocks and sometimes takes control. Sorry for the late reply, I've not been very active on this channel, but thanks for watching :)
