I've been a floorlayer over 20+years this channel is about showing you how to lay all aspects of flooring tips and tricks for any one that want to save money and have a go themselves and a lil work banter
@@stevencaballero7072 using a brick bond pattern is all wrong for laminate u want a random effect random effect a lot more solid and secure also looks better 👍
I’m about to lay my quick step laminate 9mm I’m joining two rooms together with the incizo profile. I’m also using 5mm underlay. Will the channel the profile clips into be too low? For the height it’s gonna be 5mm underlay and 9.5mm laminate ? If it is any idea how I could solve this. Thx appreciate it if you can reply.
Lovely job! The border you've done is spot on. How to do the corners? Obviously you have to cut it but do you just have to cut tiles? I'm shit at trying to explain myself but hopefully you know what I mean? 😅
If words couldnt effect you why are you talking about it ? Looks like good work though laddie , im a joiner carpenter and even lutheir 12 years in japan and 7 uk . I know more than most people its not what it looks like when its finished , its how it fares after 20 years . Hopefully youre not skipping things like mositure content in concrete slab , vp barriers (floor and wall) acclimated timbers and so on and so on . Thats even before considering over/under pricing , time on job and so on . Im writing this comment more for others who dont know about the craft and less as a critism . The only critique os the short format of the video , so no one knows if you did just cheese the job. In my experience if you dont show it what are you hiding ? Show more to your viewers laddie and if youre as good as you say and seem to be , itll speak for itself . Just watching more videos of yours and it seems like your work is to uk standards , hard to tell though as there is little to no prep shown.
Hey we’re looking at LVT herringbone for our ground floor circa 95m2. We like some Amtico spacia e.g. Powdered Oak but would look at other brands etc. any help would be appreciated
Sorry for late reply I’d look into a brand called Zeezoo or Brampton chase not as expensive but very good if u go to a place called Easter flooring there paced in sidcup I can get u a discount 👍
