There were 3 things used to do this. But note there is a delay and playing a full motion video is chopy so I wasn't happy with the result. The other thing this was before facebook's live streaming came out and I did that with an app. So I used "Wirecast For RU-vid" used to be free but they discontinued it. I'm sure you can find it if you search.
