I worked in some of these projects. Germany company always get some great stuffs which is developed many many years ago but never really get a buyer for that. Such as transrapid in Shanghai. The chinese want these products but they want know the technology as well. The reason is simple, Germany engineer is too expensive and the response time is too long. In this point, the Japanese engineer is much more reliable. (Think about the price and distance). So if there is a project, technology transfer is every often a part of the contract. German need the market and the chinese need the equipments and know-how (at least some of them). A project is starting with German company send engineers and equipments to china and make all the installation and commissioning with the chinese team together. During these time, the chinese is trying to learn as much as they can to avoid support in the future. Because support will be expensive and takes time. This is more or less like my German friends who build their family house, during the build time the trying to know how every thing about his house. Record the process with photos etc. i think you also understand the reason. The west media use the term "copy" on such a project like these is unfair.

@@saarland2china how long would that take me ? It's the same airline. I believe they check my bags all the way through to Shanghai as my final destination so I presume I wouldn't need to pick up baggage again?
@@zetlander8265 Exactly. Usually direct transfer of your luggage. Do another security check. I'd say 1-2 hrs transport and security check of hand luggage included.

Da mit mein Visum nur ein Eintritt nach China erlaubt ist. Fliege nach Guangzhou und wenn ich in Guangzhou gelandet bin, dann brauchen die doch auch dieses Visum damit ich einreisen kann. Wenn das aber schon in Peking abgestempelt, ist das in Guangzhou doch dann ungültig oder? Hoffe Sie können mir weiterhelfen.

I arrived unexpected from Korea to the domestic Airport. I was lost and took bus to international terminal. I didn't see the same blue sign and my hotel was near central street .I took line 3. When I saw thr bus drive south Pass the central street, I panicked and got off next stop. I was lost and Google Maps giving wrong directions for 2 hours

What an adventure... I visited twice in a tour. The hotel we stayed at had us sleep packed on a wooden floor with 8 people. We had an enjoyable evening show. The tour had activities that was separately collected on bus.
@saarland2china Possible-30c I also plan to go Harbin for my 4th time but will skip Snow Village. There was a good evening show. I booked a tour to Mohe from Harbin. That was also exciting.

The soil is of high quality due to the fact that this once was (part of a) vulcano. Water was the problem here en thus he (Winter) created irrigation systems. The start of the building was 1936. However just the fundament was built . Just after the world war the house wasn't finished at all. It is said that the house was more or less ready by 1951. So was the road to the house. So this place could never have been a hide out for Hitler or some other high ranked nazi.

Hello, I would book a flight from Brussels to Bangkok with Hainan Airlines. Now I read on a booking site that the luggage is not passed on, so I have to collect it in Beijing and check it back in, even though my transfer time is only 2h30. I've never experienced anything like this on connected flights. Do you have experience in such a working method at the airport?
