This video was helpful. I am a nursing student in Canada workin on my RN. I want out of Canada and it has been a goal of mine. My husband is a self employed and run two businesses. He has misdeamears (no jail time) . Would he be able to get a visa to move with me if the gets the US waivers? I feel like this is the one thing that would stop me from moving to the US

Too confusing. What visa would I need if I want to emigrate from Canada to Florida as a retiree. I don’t want to work in the USA. Injustice want to enjoy my retirement and live out my life in Florida.
