Thanks brother! It just came out when I heard the news. I was listening to Wayne by frusciante a lot when it happened. Don’t forget to sub will be posting more content soon!
@@lowkeycolors 10 years? that has to be such an important riff for you, i think when we are in pain we write the most memorable riffs and songs. already watched your live when you play the solo, of course im gonna subscribe :))
@@chrisari101 yea bro I’m recovered and married now. I actually recorded all my songs when I started writing ten years ago. Except this one. I recorded it in an USB and gave it to my ex and I never kept a video or file. I just remembered it off sheer memory. The pain must have been real bad lol. I’m pretty sure I was crying for days lol
Thanks brother. Noone likes a hairy gf lol. i wrote this riff years ago and never recorded it lol. dont forget to sub. plan on posting more guitar stuff.
@@lowkeycolors It's a small matter. Work on your patterns and timing with the beat. Are you going to push or pull. Slightly in front or just behind the beat. Note intensity. Some need to be louder. Its a journey many many will not understand. I spent three hours on three seconds... 😁. I don't think the apron was intentional. I think you were in a mood to play. No matter what you do. Do not apoligize for it ever. To the journey! See you down the road brother.
yo imma need to know what guitars that is love the design and the scalped frets. Also imma need to know where you got that apron sick af. Nice playing!
i did this with a seven string sg style ibanez (forget the model) ---- i put a cheap PU on the low sting only by putting in line with the sting --- the PU was from MGB, the 5 doller one. I chissled out for the install ---- i added a seperate jack with no volume and just adjust it at the amp or go through a volume pedal -- i tune the low string to whatever sounds good for at the time ----- check my chanel for a demo (WW III) . It's all improvised over an experimental 22 min drum session that was looped 3x ---- the drums are played back through an Altec computer speaker set with sub on my right and the guitar through a crate 15w with an overdrive button and a reverb knob on my left ---- the phone was placed roughly in the middle. The guitar has 2 stock humbuckers. It's recorded with a Note3, one take. It's 100% raw in the moment---- 1 guitar track over 1 drum track --- recorded live one take ---straight through 115 miutes --- the drum set is a totally untunned piece of crap that I rigged the stare to the bass drum so there is no stand under allowing free movement ..... there is a double bass pedal as usual and another single pedal next to the right bass pedal and a high hat both sides both close to the bass pedal...... it's hat bass on the L and bass bass hat on the right --- (with no snare stand to interfere. This allows you to do crazy stuff because your feeet can cross over---- it's totally willd --- i'm a self taught hack drummer as well as guitar player --- on the other video psychedelic i am playing both guitar and bass at the same time with one handed guitar and one drum stick.... that's a different guitar ---ibanez 7 with a floyd ---- i use my rt forarm on the wammy bar while sticking the drums ---- 100% improvised -- 1 take, edits, mixing ----- note 3 phone to record ----
@@lowkeycolors i already had it from an earlier attempt -- it works --- it's pretty thin --- i had plans to do another one but i had to lay off that stuff because it's too fun --- I'd highly suggest getting a Jackson bottom end 7 string ---- it's exactly what i want for the money --- light weight -- solid feel --- and doesn't have the ugly 6 string headstock --- they are under 200 --- i got one for 180 and loved it and sale dropped it down to 155 so i snapped up another one --- It's just really comfortable all around --- i mean for the money --- subbed ----
@@lowkeycolors it's just different --- same skills but def requires adapting --- some have necks that feel too wide --- it becomes second nature --- the thing is, you can tune the low sting by just finding the right bar cord --- i don't even know what i tune it to... might be C you make a bar cord sound like a power cord on the 1 and 2 strings ... i just reposted a coule other videos and i have 3 on a channel called toxictreasure --- the one that is not blurred is going through 2 amps --- it's out of view most of the time but you can see the added PU under the low between the humbuckers --- it's wapped in copper tape. You can also hear what it sounds like. The bass is through and old laney B25 --- guitar through Crate 15w, no effects but overdrive and reverb built in the amp. Recorded with a note3. Did you hear the WWIII one --- the PU wasn't plugged in but it still sounds like 2 voices (like there is a bass player) in parts... also, check out Charlie Hunder -- the absolute master of the hybrid guitar ---- i listened to the beginning of your video again... i like th brigher tone you started on --- was anticlamactic when you switched ....
If Izzy tried to fight Alex at LHW Alex will make it look easier than ever before since he says he fights and feels better at that weight Izzy is just gonna take his win and stay away lol
