Thank you for the video. The hat is a bit small for an adult so I'll have to change it to be for an adult. I've never seen anyone double crochet like you do. When you're demonstrating, you do all yarn overs… However when you go fast you change it and You do a yarn over and then a yarn under for your double crochet. Very interesting!

Cute pattern, was hoping it would fit an adult head. Fits better on my toddler. My stitches look tighter so that's probably why. I'm going to try it again with one or two more increase rounds.
Hi, yes you would add more squares to both the general width and height to get a larger size 😊I advice for a large to extra large add 1 vertical row, so 30 squares total🌹
if you are satisfied with the height, but if you want to make it longer, that would be 38 total squares added to the bottom row as well, so 4 rows total, hope this helps!🌹
