Hello Dylan whenever I see the outer condition of india rapes , violence, corruption, overpopulation I feel 😢 miserable and unlucky to born in india Will you advice me to move to the developed countries Or do public service in india?
hello dylan i am ugly brown skineed short guy last year my girlfriend left because i am not good looking and due to this i become a porn addict why existence is so cruel towards why it make me ugly ? and what to do now ? and how to handle this lonliness
I'll be uploading a video tommorow that will address some of this. To put it simply, you cannot control anything in your external reality. You can't control how you look, you can't control how others react to you. But what you can change is how you perceive the world. Realise that there is a path out of suffering/dukka, as the buddha taught, and understand this. This stops you from being a victim to moving into maturity. That is the only thing you can control - your internal reality. The biggest key to shifting from where you’re at is acceptance. Watching the mind, changing your thoughts, attitudes, and letting go of unwholesome emotions by seeing the truth of them. Make sure you have some somatic practice as well. So anything you attune to your body and release trauma, like TRE, yoga, etc. will be beneficial. This cannot be understated. Finally, nobody can do the work for you but you. Nobody can examine the belief systems of your mind, other than yourself. There are no quick fixes. But there is a path out of suffering, and this is a worthwhile path to pursue.
Hope this helps. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-37kdVc_uC0A.html You are welcome to have a call with me (no cost). Message me on facebook and I can see how I can help: facebook.com/dylan.kumar.coaching/. I also suggest joining a free group (there are a number online) by great teachers. I suggest Dhammarato or Vishrant. Finally, you could consider traditional forms of psychology.
Could you wear this as a tongue trainer if you already have a good, class 1 bite? Or would your lower incisors end up hitting the front ones because the appliance is designed to posture your jaw forward?
hmm i'm no expert but I would say it shouldn't cause any problems and can be adjusted. I suppose you'd have to have a consult if you wanted to move ahead with it, to know if it's the right thing for your situation.
Yeah, not a long term solution. That's why people usually expand with stage 1 first before going to stage 3 to keep the expansion. Use it as a tounge and bite trainer at night, until you no longer need it. You can also split the middle of the stage 3, and make it wider with adjustable screw, so that's an option. The stage 3 has improved my bite a lot as it pushes the teeth out to fit (which gives the appearance of expansion as well). In a few months I'll be finishing my treatment with it.
Also, expansion isn't everything. Just because you don't get horizontal expansion doesn't mean you won't get forward growth. But my IMW was already 38mm, whilst others with less space would need palate expansion first just to mew (or make the stage 3 worth it). So start with stage 1 if that's the case.
Hey there, I’ll make videos on some of these topics at some stage. What I can has helped me has been - trauma work such as somatic/body attunement. A good book is embodied healing (and I heard body keeps the score is also good). Teal Swan also has some great stuff here. - letting go type meditation. Look into the book Letting Go by David R Hawkins. The Sedona method is a natural extension of it. - Archetypes work. A simple way to start could be to read “king queen magician lover” or watch some videos on it. - Grounding practices. Look into zhan zhuang (simple qigong standing meditation) Hope that helps. If you have any questions shoot me a DM on Instagram @dknz2008, or we can jump on a call and I’ll see how I can help (no cost).
SIR I ALWAYS FEEL UNLUCKY AND MISERABLE FOR GETTING BORN IN POOR CCOUNTRY ( INDIA ) , MOST OF THE TIME I GET ENGANGED IN MY WORK BUT WHENEVER I SLEEP IN NIGHT I FEEL MISERABLE AND JEALOUS FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO ARE BORN IN DEVELOPED AND RICH COUNTRY AS MOST OF YOU ARE IN JOYFUL STATE ? WHAT TO DO ?? PLEASE HELP
Oh I thought you were reacting to my latest one (which I put all the time into!). I think the main difference here is I’m now doing some background editing and I got myself a Lav mic which actually makes such a difference in audio. If you think this was the best I’d be curious to hear your thoughts on my other x
Hard to say objectively but I think yes. But keep in mind the main differences will be from: The stage 3 moving the lower jaw forward and fixing my jaw bite, so now front teeth are touching. It also moves the teeth outwards, giving the appearance of expansion. But this really allows my teeth to touch together, as they didn’t before. My back teeth for example now can bite together when before they couldn’t. As far as forward growth that’s harder for me to objectively measure. Time should tell
Both. Thoughts create emotions (e.g fear). Emotions/feelings create thoughts. And how you think and feel results in a certain attitude. So it’s a loop.
@@dilan7112 Thank you. I find myself struggling with a couple major issues. (I am 40 and have ADHD) - I have 3 young children and when I look after them, I feel absolutely exhausted after as little as 2 hours of playing etc- at which point I am completely overwhelmed and liable to feel rage if my wife cristcises me personally even a little. I feel I have no resources and often crave to be alone for like 2 more hours. What should I do to fix this? Anger and shouting back when I feel sensitive. Any practice or tips or books would help... thank you. Nick
I'll try to cover this topic over a video if I have some time! I'd suggest starting by reading these books: - Letting Go by David R Hawkins - The Sedona method (you don't have to read the book - can just do the method) - The Power of Now (or the New Earth) by Eckart Tolle I'm also happy to hop on a call with you and go over some things (no cost), to see if they help. If interested, DM me on instagram @dknz2008, or shoot me a msg on facebook: facebook.com/dylan.kumar1/.
Feeling for you brother, it can be hard to find the way sometimes. I try to remind myself that the way is already there, we just have to listen harder. Keep the faith my bro, and if you haven't been there already it may be a good time to start on the Baghavad Gita.
Cheers bro, appreciate it. This video was actually recorded and uploaded two months ago. I decided to switch it to public visibility it today. It was congruent to how I felt on the day. If I’m to think about it now, I think moving into the joy of being alive, satisfied, free, whole and complete, without any need to be a somebody/hustler/achiever, is what I’d like to embody. When I made the video I think it was coming to the death of purpose as the ego wanted it to be. I don’t think one needs a purpose, but one can “find” purpose in whatever one is doing. So true purpose is just satisfaction and positive intention with whatever you want to do. I think a lot of dissatisfaction can come with not “feeling like one has a purpose” too, so I’ve realised either is totally okay. That being said, externally I still don’t totally know or have a roadmap of what I want to do. Especially in regards to making income that would merge my interests, creativity, natural proclivities, and desire to be some kind of artist/creative and help reduce suffering in the world. I feel like the path is slowly becoming clearer as I just experiment with different things, but it’s interesting to think about how mentally “easy” it is in a sense to jump into a cookie cutter career (9-5 job) where you’re told what to do, compared to figuring out how you can create value in the world from a place that’s authentic. Be curious to hear your thoughts or chat on how you became an artist.
so basically you are saying dont get identified with mind , watch mind dancing but sir whenever i watch my mind judgement comes like this is good thought this is wrong like sexual thoughts are wrong and thought regarding studies are right is judgement allowed ?????
Allow the judgement. Welcome the judgement. Let it be there. Welcome it with open arms like you welcome a friend. Welcoming the resistance and accepting it will help to let it go. Also there is no wrong thought or right thought, there is just thinking. All is okay! All is allowed. All is welcome 🙏
sir i am asking this question again please dont get angry from childhood i always feels guilt or ulucky to born in poor country ( india ) and whenever i see west i feel jealous and frustated what to do sir please help i know you might feel that i am asking silly question but sir answer my query ?? sorry
I’d suggest looking into the Sedona method, and reading the book letting go, to learn about releasing emotions. Lots of free guided meditations out there. Otherwise, I think ultimately you will have to accept the situation you’ve been born into, and become okay with it. I’m not saying you shouldn’t try to change it, if that’s what you want. But it’s best to not suffer when doing so.
@@dilan7112 i don't sir as my conditioning of ming done by society is reducing life is feeling meaningless And I have read from osho that love make life a celebration Please explain love and how to make life meaningful
but sir in point of view developed countries are better for spirtiual progress cleaner streeets less chaos less poverty silent places less population in comparison to india that why i am thiking i cant be feel happy until and unless i leave india am i right or wrong ??? please answer
If that was true, then why would people from all around the world travel to India for spiritual reasons? I think India is an incredibly spiritual place and there are a lot of great teachers. Ultimately I think it doesn’t really matter where you are, and there are advantages and disadvantages to every location. If you want to leave india, leave, but I would suggest looking into the core reasons for why you feel you can’t progress in India.
@@dilan7112 SIR I KNOW INDIA IS SPIRITUAL CAPITAL BUT I DONT LIKE CROWDS I LIKE SILENT PLACES AND SIR FROM CHILDHOOD I FEEL UNLUCKY TO BORN IN DEVELOPING WORLD WHENEVER I SEE TALL BUILDINGS CLEAN STREETS IN WEST I FEEL JEALOUS , WEST LOKKS LIKE PARADISE FROM INDIA AND THERE IS NO CRIME AND POVERTY AND DEPRESION IN WEST , LIFE LOKKS LIKE CONSTANT CELEBRATRION IN WEST AM I RIGHT AS MY MOST FRIENDS WORKING HARD TO GO TO WEST
Sorry to disappoint but you’ve been fed a lie. People suffer everywhere. Whilst there isn’t the same level of poverty, there is still poverty and many issues in developed countries as well. And there is a lot of depression - look at the statistics.
Thanks so much for this dylan!! I just exited my building from work drained and have been soul searching for a new career, overthinking about it. You’re so right, who I am is beyond my job. Excellent and insightful video!
If you resonate or feel called towards that, then I would go for it. But if you’re pressuring yourself to do something or have some expectation that you “should” be “selfless”, I would look into that first. Do what resonates with you, and see what happens!
Sir how to handle mind whenever I try to study thoughts of entertainment comes in india ,thoughts of fear of future comes in How to stop this chattering of mind
sir i am from india ( poor country ) i really wonder what problems developed countries have like they have all the things in life and in movies developed looks like paradise and sir i am in 3 year of engineering how to choose profession or carrer as most spiritual gurus dont talk about this topic though krishna in gita mention niskam karma ( selfless action)
Whilst developed countries might look amazing and certaintly have benefits, they also have their own host of problems, but I think what we see a lot of is mental suffering (rather than suffering to survive). As the buddha taught, to live as a human is to experience suffering. I'll make a video on my thoughts on career/profession!
after reading osho his solution is simply become a watcher dont get attached thoughts of lust but even after understanding this whenever i see a attractive women on public place i loose my control it is due to conditioning of mind >??? and osho was against any repression
Yes. However I would suggest not judging yourself for any thoughts or feelings that arise and simply warmly welcome whatever comes by. Judgement would only create shame or suppression, for something that is normal. As I mentioned in the video, looking into the subconscious reasons it feels like it has a strong grip over you (neediness and attachment to validation, approval from women, etc), and any belief systems here, should help clear the energy that makes you feel like control is lost.
Beautiful. Cool that you went to the ceremony and glad you enjoyed it. Happy and relatable how you explained how your mind slowed down, because from your videos one can get the impression that you don’t have these. So that was appreciated. I like to sing for my food, and talk nicely to my water. At least I bring acceptance, appreciation and then gratefulness to the meal and I’m enjoying it more that way. Inspired me with the ceremony, I will also do that. Keep up the vids mate
Thank you for your support as always!! Really appreciated. Just a little update: currently I am travelling Thailand and have been filming a whole bunch of interviews with monks, practitioners and random people. I've got a lot of footage to sort out, but there's some gold there too. Let me know if you have any suggestions or would like to see anything in particular
