Another tip when it comes to sparring is putting in tricks. Blind them w your hands and make out you're going to do a side low kick then do a high kick to their temple. Always things like that

Joy and Karen got selected from joining two International Selection Tournaments and must win atleast 3rd place while Lance was selected by one of our Branch Chiefs, Sensei Victor Canon. 166 Men fighters were selected from international tournaments and others by their BCs while there are 34 fighters in the Women’s Category.
