Why can't American aquarist get it? THIS is what an advanced tank is supposed to be. Not Africans and Red Devils with Tilapia and redtail cat.

They are understated...until they get to 9 or 10"..then stunning. I endorse your aquarium and thoughtfulness of the fish put together. A+!

Ich bin schon über 40 Jahre Aquarianer aber so ein schönes Becken sieht man selten. Auch der Besatz ist super, keine Terror-Fische. Können die Barsche den Laich gegen die großen Schilderwelse verteidigen ?

I fucking love your tank. I've have seen this video like 100 times. I have just 4 Geophagus surnamensis, Mine are just getting their long fins after 6 months longer than I thought, but some of them are having this amazing growth spurt with them. It's incredible. I have 4 of them (looks like 3 males, one that didn't grow at all...) and 2 male senegal bichirs with a Synodontis petricola. Really super happy tank, but I want the babies! I bought 4 G. surnamensis from the store, all 4 turned out male and tore each other up so I tried again. I bought 4 more, so far looks like 3 are male with 1 that didn't grow. Any advice?
