Yeah, you get what you pay for, but I don't know if you're really getting value with a $900+ slicer over a quality Beswood. I do appreciate that the Berkel is thoughtful enough to have a toollessly-removable front plate. That pin to grab is great. I do wonder how hard it is to clean this blade, though. You really should clean everything after every session to avoid food-borne illness.
Wow, so formative video I"ve enamel cast iron from staub. I"ve no luck to fry perfect egg only if I use butter it won't stick into frying pan. Not sure the temperature is not right
