I'm 58 (tomorrow actually) and trained all my life but sadly now got health issues, not too bad but nevertheless health problems. It's still nice to do something and this is perfect! Thank you brother. All the best Steve from the UK.
I consistently make #3…& I’ve literally gotten better to the point that I don’t make any of the other mistakes…sometimes I think my gloves are too tight..& sometimes I’m legit trying to hit the bag with the correct knuckles (specifically on hooks, actually ONLY on my hooks), but end up hitting it with proximal joints…it’s honestly frustrating, but I’ll keep working to fix it..
At 50, I started working out in March. Lifting weights, cardio, and different gym classes like GTX. I just started an hour long fight conditioning class similar to this but with other exercises added as well. I want to add this to my workout regimen. When is a good time to include this? After lifting weights? After a good treadmill session? Any suggestions?

Just got me a heavy bag and gloves with wraps. I’m ready to try out this workout. I did boxing as a workout years ago and really enjoyed it. The best cardio for me.
I did ur follow along 10 min workout then went for a 5k run then came back and did this, dident enter the red zone once bro so I feel I’m ready for my fight this month 🙏thanks for these follow along workouts cuz my gym only open 3 times a week so I use u as a online coach ❤
