Welcome to our channel! We started making skin care products after trying every lotion on the market on our child with horrible cracks and painful eczema. Every lotion we tried burned, didn't work and made both of us feel terrible! I made it my mission to create the perfect lotion, soap and skincare to help relieve the itch and heal their skin once and for all. Once I perfected the recipe, I decided to share it with the world! Check us out at www.calmactivemom.com.
Brown sugar is def one that is worth the effort, I make a half gallon at a time and I used half and than let the other half sit to see how long it takes to get hard. It takes WAY longer to get hard than the stuff you buy so to me that tells me that the brown sugar at the store is probably very old. Plus I find it tastes WAY better and it smell sooooo good. Give it a try I think it will be a staple in your pantry.
@@calmactivemom I just found you and so far Im loving your channel thank you for the recipes. Im going to make the muffins tomorrow for a crocheting gathering with my mom.
Thank you for commenting 😊 I would say 6 months in an airtight container like the jars, but if you vacuum sealed them, I would say around a year. I haven't personally tested it as we eat them within a few weeks 🤣
@@calmactivemom it's kind of like EGG-zih-muh. Emphasis on the Egg, and the ema part is like a quick "ihmuh". It's also vastly unimportant and I was just being annoying lol
Have you tried the Organika chocolate collagen powder- I highly recommend it. I mix a scoop with greek yougurt and the frozen berry mix, let it sit for a couple minutes and stir it up. Sooooo yummy!!! One of my favourite after dinner snacks.
Hey! Thank you for watching! The jar is to keep the ingredients fresh and serves as an easy way to mix all ingredients while saving dishes. I debated making the whole mix beforehand but I'll have to try it before recommending :)
Hey! First off, thanks for watching! Secondly, feel free to drop the fruit to whatever you are comfortable with! We used 1 cup of mixed berries and a beet but you could use 1/2 cup or leave it out completely :)
Now a fella cant appreciate allspice and cinnamon because of you "pumpkin spice" yuppies and the whole autumn fall bs. I gotta wait till a few months of the year untill timhortins sells their best tea and even still ordering it makes me fell like i should be in a starbucks. And i doesn't even taste that good with coffe. I often forget youtubers may read my comment and take it personally but i am just rambling here its been a long night. Anyway its a shame to call the stuff pumpkin spice if i can recall its all spice nutmeg and cinnamon, wich is just a balling mixture.
I totally agree! Old school recipes had such a unique quality we are trying to bring back! We will have to make something with jello next :) Thank you for watching 🤗
