You can buy it from merchant and also kill the poison enemies they drop it too

You have to die in mid air so your dead body land on the cliff and then resurrect on the cliff only then snake will appear are you doing that exactly like this

You have to die in mid air so you fall down there as dead then you resurrect there and jump off the cliff if snake is not showing up in the first try recover your HP with guard seed and try jumping 3 4 times I think it will show up then only if you haven't already killed it lol
