yaah. on the first day work you dont need to make it smooth finish. let it be rough with ups and downs with slant finish. then on that next day, if you pour concrete it will have good bond

Its a singly reinforced beam. But the top bars are hanger bars just for supporting stirrups. And the bent-up portion of middle bars are to take care negative BM at supports and also for shear resistance. Thankyou
