Hello, thanks for your question. We need to protect our competitors identity, however it is one of Australia’s Painters' most commonly used 270mm sleeves.
YES! All paint manufacturers specify their coatings to be applied within climatic parameters eg within a certain humidity and temperature range. If your conditions are outside this range, it can affect the coating’s performance, speed of drying etc thats when the dehumidifier comes into play to bring the humidity level in the working environment down to within the specified range.
No, you are wrong. When spraying doors vertically, you are more susceptible to runs and sags as gravity will always pull the paint down. Whilst laying flat, it forces the paint to dry evenly without the runs and sags
@Matthew Giordanella yeah that guy is an idiot if it's cabinet doors though I prefer to shoot them up because that way I don't risk damaging the backside when you flip them the paint maybe dry but it takes a couple weeks to cure and I've had too many instances where I go to flip them the next day and I have marks or marring on the side that I shot the day before Weatherby Emerald urethane proclassic advance etc.. Plus I'm able to shoot primer and finish in the same day you just have to be really careful and have your mill thickness just right I always turn up the heater.. 2 light coats are ALWAYSGoing to look better than one which is what most guys do with flat whn they're fl
That is the simplest and best way to do both sides and stack man doors ive ever seen. I've painted mansions here in Sacramento Ca. For 35 years. Very smart
