You made a decision - you and Thelma and the family to leave me in Colorado, so Jack I don’t know what protection from God to declare on myself. Psalm 91 is what I’m going with now. Shalom and goodnight

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Always be joyful. Pray regularly. In everything give thanks, for this is what God wants from you who are united with the Messiah Yeshua.
Definitely one of my favorite teachers. As a native New Yorker, where intelligence is prized near the top, this man was gifted with a large intellectual capacity and an ability to reach those of a different bent, i.e. atheists. He made you think about what he was saying, even if you didn’t agree or weren’t sure you agreed. 😊
"I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.: (John 16: 33 ESV)
I'm always going to see this person as a con artist. When I found out he was living in a luxury condo on Roosevelt Island I realized he was a con-artist. No different from a Rick Warren or Joel Osteen.
You are being envious of his success and wealth and the good things he do. Pastor Tim never did prosperity preaching, he never told you to follow his teachings to achieve success or be as successful like him.
@@lofu32 Not at all. I've been around certain parts of the US where I know Christianity is prevalent. It's the whole country to be frank. So you can take advantage of gullible Christian religious people.
God is a God of love. He reaches out to Satan because God accepts Satan where he is at in the situation. Why because God loves Satan and seeks his redemption. Not because of who Satan is. It because of who God is. He reaches even for those who others seem irredeemable. Why does God ask Satan from where do you come? God is all knowing . Satan is trying to prove to God that man is not worthy of Gods love. God loves us. No matter where we are coming from. Because God is love personified.
I just discovered Tim this year and grew to appreciate his ministry. I'm grateful that he recorded his sermons and lessons. We lost a great speaker and teacher. I know he is at peace now.🙏
Excellent sermon on Job, however, what you said at the end about..."when we suffer, even though we have done nothing to bring it on ourselves..."is not always the case. Our suffering can also come about from not following the teachings of Christ and living a life of hedonism. If we succumb to the passions of this world such as gluttony, vanity, lust, and so on, we will surely suffer. This is why Christ said deny yourself and follow me. Our cross is to fight the worldly passions and become more like Christ through Holy Communion, prayer, fasting and studying the the Holy Scriptures, lives of the Saints and Church Fathers. Many people in this world have an even greater cross to bare but for many of us who are not suffering physical persecution the devil will try to break us through worldly temptations. May Jesus Christ give us strength to follow in His footsteps🙏
Years and years of deep suffering. Yet my problems are small compared to others. I was molested as a toddler so many of my issues stem from that. Marital problems, mental problems, childlessness, benzo withdrawal, family estrangment. I asked God many times why, I have begged and pleaded, gotten angry, lots of tears but no answer until now. I am still and I know who My God is and embrace His Will over my life. I pray one day I can embrace suffering with a smile with the knowing that the beginning middle and end of suffering there is still His Grace for me and I am not a burden.
I went through so much chaos, trauma, neglect abuse. It has been so hard, taken years!! But through counseling-which I still go-, small group through my church, AA-truly forgiving and making amends, I am free today!!! I still have had physical issues for years! But I feel SO close to Abba! Watching the chosen, pastor/counselors John Eldredge and Henry Cloud have helped me SOOO much!!! Also Lisa Harper, Joyce Meyer-who went through sexual abuse as well- has helped so much! We can't do this alone!!!❤️🙏❤️
'The LORD bless you and keep you; the LORD make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace.' Numbers 6:24-26
The gracious manner that Tim conveys TRUTH/Christ is something I CHERISH so much and though I connected to his speakings just couple of months ago but the manner he addresses issues? Some of my personal issues? It feels like I know him. (My first encounter with him, was the interview by the focus on the family discussing the matter of FORGIVENESS 'Think he also wrote a book on that')😮But the day I decided to go write him? I discovered he's gone home to be with the Lord. my gosh!!! So I met him in death? Had never been able to conceive that it's possible to make such IMPACT in death. The impact on me certainly has left me not the same for life's meaning and perception is new for me and am learning anew.
Praise the Lord So how does homosexuality send you to hell?????? Bro........ It will def send you to hell. But Def if you Repent and Be Babtized and Change your ways God Can Def Forgive you. Acts 2 36-38 For the wages of sin is death romans Romans 6 23 I pray The Lord Reveals Us More About what Sin Does And how it will Not Go Into Heaven. Yes Loving People is Good but we dont Love the act they are performing because God hates sin . Thats the reason we have a Seperation with Our Father And Creator. I hope this helps us out. In the Love of Jesus
I find that some people are "Christian" from the chin up (intellectual), others from the belt up (heart and emotion), but few from the belt down (our wallet, our sexual life, and our feet: where He sends us). He is Lord of all or Lord of nothing in our life.
Compassion should be the motivating factor of a Christian's interaction and involvement in the world. Compassion is what drove God to die and rise again for all mankind and to usher in a new kind of kingdom, a kingdom built on love, mercy, and truth rather than power, oppression and lies.
