I saw this year they put in all these gid clauses but it makes it bad for everyone , even if you just want hormones , ... I had to fight to get my Lupron I only got it because I have endomitriosis.. I'm So sorry I switched from blue cross
United Healthcare is the freaking worst, they have no clause at all, saying if you want Lupron you can't have it , it sucks .. I have the ppo plan too paying 1100 a month

I'm kinda like you... as in I used to wear regular boxers when I was younger but switched (like most men) to boxer briefs for every day wear and wear briefs when working out or playing sports.
