A more viable way of playing this is to have one LB and have 3 corner and 4 defensive lineman. This method can give some advantages back when using the 3 high.
Key statement you made was talent. If a team has the right roster it can be done. The bills were almost a 70% nickel team and GB was primarily a dime team, however the later did it in 2-3-6…which it has been shown that there high is mostly effective from 3-3-5/3-2-6 or 4-2-5. Gives the illusion of a light box….but the speed players are suppose to spill fast to the running lanes
Love the qb pump fake at 14:14 to help get the linebacker to follow the rb a little bit more. Great vid guys super interesting stuff and cant wait for next week
