“ YoU sHoUlD hAvE gLoVeS oN “ Bro if you believe this, then you don’t get the cleanest food. Cleanest food comes from cleanest hands, WASHED hands, im an actual cook and promise you, if I had a choice I’d not use gloves. Cuz I wash my hands too much between gloves, and due to water on my hands, the gloves don’t go on right!
Ocd/autism comes across as rude literally because the social cues are not read. The flatness and the repeating and the specific things she asked are all there and usually point to spectrum disorders.
She is a paying customer and obviously likes things done a certain way, it's not hard to just make the sandwich the way she asks it to be made and he shouldn't be unwrapping food with no gloves on when he's handling the till and money, why all the haters on her? I'm pretty sure lots of you all do some things or like things done a certain way that others may think strange so lets hope there is someone there that records you doing it
Sucks to be filmed when going out tbh. Really wish this wasn’t so normalized, even if the people are being strange or whatever, it’s best to just not film it for all to see. I’ve had rude customers, don’t think they deserve public humiliation on a video platform.
It depends. I think some people do. Ive served some pretty evil people in customer service. I dont think SHE necessarily deserved it. She was a bit rude for a minute. But it seems like she has severe anxiety or ocd or something else going on and i can understand how that makes life difficult for a person with it a lot of the time.
Look the lady is obviously on the spectrum and OCD, but if she can't even get it together to not verbally abuse people when ordering a sandwich she needs to stay inside.
These moments are what test the strength of your virtues. In my dealings with people of a similar mind I’ve noticed they do take enjoyment in acting that way because they know the way they are acting is annoying and are trying to trigger a reaction. Once you’ve answered all questions they have and no more issues present they commend you on your patience. I’ve been in these situations dozens of times in customer service jobs and the more money involved gives them greater prudence to test your breaking point.
