Shouldn't these be more thin if I want to make feuilletine? The crepes dentelles by Gavottes seem much thinner... I will try this but not spread so much batter in the stencils.
This was a super straightforward video -- thank you very much for the instruction! I'd also like to add that you have such a beautiful smile; your face really lights up when you do :D
The link to your recipe does not work. I am getting the message the page is not found. I don't know if others are having the same issue accessing the recipe link. Please include somewhere the measurements of each ingredient. and bake time.
This entire video was done in a careless and sloppy manner. The presentation was horrendous. Other people who created other videos making chocolate candy used the proper tools that didn't create a dirty mess.
Tried this 3 times and each time I got a really nice petri dish of mold. I decided sourdough is over-rated and have returned to baking incredible yeasted boules and batards: country white, rye, rye raisin, cinnamon raisin, honey raisin, chive and cottage cheese, jalapeno and cheddar, etc.....
Madeleines are small enough to be enjoyed at snack time or as a sweet treat for any occasion. The full detailed Madeleine lesson will be available at member.chefrachida.com/
Loved the video. You made look so easy...but I know how tough it is. Someday I hope to bake perfect croissant at home. Thankyou very much for sharing the method.
I have researched for many years and your method is the most authentic with great ingredients! However, I can’t find your full recipe. The link does not work. I couldn’t find it even on your website. Would you make the full recipe available? Please. I am determined to make this cake.
Absolutely brilliant. I've been making puff pastry French Academy lately and so this recipe is a move forward for me. Only problem with video - no ingredient measurements? so here I sit...tick...tock...:) and the link for full recipe is not working...arrrgh.
Hi Chef Rachida this is unrelated but can I have access to your recipe for opera cake please and the different components? I made it 6years ago for a celebration but can't seem to access the recipes anymore. Thank you so much and much appreciated
