The African Debate Academy is a company that trains students in debate and public speaking. We teach students in rhetoric, debate, public speaking, and communication skills. We also host panel discussions with industry leaders to develop students enrolled in our programs. At the African Debate Academy, we believe that clearly articulating yourself and your needs is a vital first step in taking responsibility for your actions and holding those around you accountable, contributing to a society that values and engages all its members in decision-making for a prosperous Africa.
This is a brilliant concept that has had great impact within my household. My daughter participated in the April 2023 Nairobi event for the first time. She used the skills learned here to challenge Immigration officials on the lengthy passort application waiting times. She got hers within 24 hours of application. She arrived in South Africa this morning for the Pan-African Schools' Debating Championships.
