I’ve always followed my passion and, being a creative person, this has taken me in many different directions: writing, holistic healthcare, and design and making. Although these may sound disparate, the common thread running through them all is my desire to find the essence in what I am doing and balance creativity and intuition with scientific understanding.

I’m motivated to write when something inspires me and there is a need to distil the information and produce it clearly and concisely for others. I’ve written three books. One is still in print after thirty years, and another has been scripted and is available as an audio play, with a stage play currently under discussion.

My personal healing journey led me to a professional career in holistic healthcare and training in: psychotherapy, kinesiology and energy therapies. For forty years I’ve worked in private practice and taught health care professionals, with good communication and conscious awareness underpinning my work.
