Thank you! I have a 3" lift and I'm running 31x10.5R15 BFG's. I wanted to run 33" tires but I couldn't find a 9.5" wide which is what I would want to run with the uncut fenders.
The dip isn't going to do anything other than the color being a bit more reflective, since it is the thickness of a balloon there is really no thermal barrier there. The raptor liner may give a bit because it is considerably thicker, but if you are specifically looking for a thermal barrier I would shoot lizard skin as a base coat or on the inside of the panels.
When you're describing a dusting coat vs. a later thicker coat, is that determined by the length of time spraying the area or is it coat after coat of light dusting to build a thicker coat?
So, a dust coat on the raptor liner is a final coat shot from higher up to try to get a smoother effect. You waste a ton of product but it can help smooth, or you can shoot the whole thing at a lower pressure. The dust coat on the PlastDip is the initial coat that is sprayed light and fast to get a light base before going on the heavier coats.
Is there an option to have the dashcam video play to the Bronco display screen for a "playback" review of a something you experienced on the trail or in traffic or do you have to remove the SD card and plug that into another device to relive the moment?
It can tow up to 3500lbs but there were a couple guys at the super celebration that towed their early broncos with them. They said they have plenty of power but the short wheel base makes them a bit squirrelly.
I think the mechanical advantage you’re looking for would have the rope anchored to the ceiling going through pulleys attached to the roof frame you built back up to the ceiling to new pulleys that feed towards where you’re going to secure it. Or something like that. Think pulley system on a cable machine
Great video, My wife and I went the old bronco throwback weekend, scaled down from the event you went to, we drove 124 miles to get there and 134 back. My 76 averaged 9 mpg round trip and running around there.
@@Drawn_to_Rebuild I had to cross newfound gap on the way up there and came back through Cades cove and parsons branch rd then tail of the dragon back home, around here at the house it’s my everyday driver and I average about 12. It’s at least a 20$ bill every time I drive it. But yeah next year you need to check out the old Bronco throw back weekend, this year was the first year for that event, 140 1 through 5 gen broncos there most 1 and 2 gens. No vendors though.
@@anthonyadams693 I've done the Tail on a bike and in a sports car, I couldn't imagine trying to wrestle my bronco through there. We are only a few hours away so I might be able to check out both events next year.
Great idea for the door dolly! Put hot glue on the broken piece, use a wooden match stick or something to stick into the hot glue, when hot glue is set, pull the match stick out, the broken piece should come out with it.🫨
Have you put them in yet? I'm about to start tearing the other seat out and get them in there. I'm hoping they will drop me down a bit so I'm not staring at the windshield wiper motor all the time.
