This guy seems so nice, if I were in a traffic road rage incident with him I would not be intimidated, but in reality he would mess me up with a few rubs and slaps! Great video!
In a survival situation you are unlikely to be able to accurately use a pressure point. The adrenaline runs too high. Prove me wrong by showing these techniques against an experienced MMA practitioner who is , not only actively resisting, but attacking as well.
@@edgar22452 An untrained combatant will have even less chance to accurately hit a pressure point due to the loss of fine motor skill with the increase of adrenaline.
@@zer0tzer0you are right really. It's not really pressure points its the opponents anatomical structure that we should attack. But you need a lot of practice and experience to make it work in a real situation. The best basic self defence for a less experienced practitioner is the open palm, targeting becomes less important and its far easier to transfer your body wieght into the opponent. Thats just my opinion anyway.
To think I actually thought this was genuine martial arts when I was younger lmao, I’m so glad I learned actual techniques that are practical in defending yourself like Muay Thai, boxing and jiu jitsu. This shit is just cringe looking back
being a martial artist I was skeptical. after having my 89 pound girlfriend and my 160 pound friend try these on me a 125 pound guy... they DONT WORK I had them hitting and pressing as hard as possible. and sure it sucked it didn't feel great but overall they wouldn't work on someone resisting ever. like ever.
@the-toecutter since the time I posted those comment I have tried dojos that teach this stuff and sure enough. Doesn't work on someone activ fighting back.
Sir many many years ago There was a toy that went on the inside of the hand a buzzer you shook someone's Hand snd the got a shock Sensation. Is the a pressure point on the palm of the hand ? I love all your videos Very nicly done
This is the best video on pressure points and recovery techniques that I have ever viewed and I have been in the Martial Arts my entire life. Thank you
