The third story sounds like she waited till after enrollment to enroll him, and that he has the type of IEP that states he’s allowed to terrorize the classroom with 0 repercussion. Second story seems like the teacher’s went to their union and said “escorting the kids for an hour after school is out isn’t in my job description, pay me for that time” and rather than pay it the principal came up with that.
I find the subject matter of these videos to be quite intriguing. However, I feel as though they are not timely. Even correcting for the fact that this video was released nearly a year ago, these stories are not recent. I did my own research on the Howard County story, and it appears that the issues occurred and were addressed in 2018. Similarly for the school with the dismantled fire alarm system, I first learned about that story years ago. Make no mistake, I find this stuff interesting, but you should let your viewers know that these are older stories that you are citing, and not current news.

One thing that you leave out is that with all three stories, these are schools in areas with large minority populations. I see this kind of mistreatment over and over again in schools with largely minority student bodies. Uniforms, metal detectors, clear backpacks, ridiculous pickup rules, breaking laws, etc. You only really see those in school districts with heavy minority concentrations. You don't see that in school districts that serve a largely white population, where the students are largely white. The question that we need to start asking is why minorities get such disparate treatment in our schools compared to white students in the first place. It really shows that racism is alive and well, but it takes different forms in the modern era.
A bunch of adults standing outside a school for an hour sounds like a huge security risk. What if one of them decides to bring a gun?? For that last one, I feel like most people just dismis the "contact your local news station" advice but it works! That school probably had room, they just didn't want to deal with the special needs kid.
