The foul lady fortune series is a spin off series to the these violent delights series which is historical fiction and sci-fi and is about rival gangs. You can read the spin off without reading the main series but you will be spoiled and the main series has enemies to lovers and is SO MUCH FUN
I would never be able to handle not having matching covers in my collection 😂 Probably why I stick to my ebooks, but I'm always jelly of those with the pretty bookcases though. I'm excited to read Powerless (probably in April). But yesss, do things that makes you happy! I collect so many things just because I like them 😋
Saving 6 is Joey's books ❤ Tommen Boys series is my absolute favorite this year even though 2024 just started! I just preordered both redeeming 6 and taming 7 which is Gibsie and Claire's book!
I was finally able to get the BN exclusive edition of Powerless. I was so excited to get it since it will match the exclusive edition of Reckless once it's released 😊
Saving 6 is such a nostalgic read for me since theres a cameo of the first couples. Also its an interesting read to know the point of view of joey. Sadly i think Powerless isnt for me, i dnfed it with 50 pages left. In a sense that im so done with that book, i get why people love it though. And oh wow! Girl Abroad is on my recent TBR, hoping that it would be great🤞🏼.
Homerun Proposal was really good, enjoyed it. The Tommen series, I hate for it to come to an end. I’m definitely looking forward to the next book in April. I’m now reading Redeeming 6.
Loved the video! Thanks for sharing the process! For me I always keep a pencil at hand to underline things, or make small comments p, just in case I end up not loving the book or not really wanting to fully annotate it. Then if I love the book I go back and fully annotate and tab it. I enjoy this process way more than fully annotating the first time I read (even tho sometimes it takes me longer). Another thing I do is have the ebook at hand, and annotate it there OR take notes on my phone or pictures and then decide if I want to annotate it. But I love annotating so much and I have my mom to thank for that 😅

I love this! I really want to get back into annotating. I find it hard to annotate as I read because then I get too caught up worrying about the aesthetics and it takes me out of the reading experience.

I’ve only ordered special editions of books that are already out from Waterstones so I can’t tell you exactly (we’ll have to see with Reckless). But my orders usually ship early and I think it’s faster than Blackwell’s! I hope this was somewhat helpful :)

For me it's Leo Valdez from Heroes Of Olympus Alexander Hawthorne from The Inheritance Games And Levi Ackerman from Attack On Titan. Which is kind of weird because I'm a fourteen year old girl, and most of these guys are way older than me.
Umm... More like I read too quickly so I can get through about 6 books in a week and then I get confused about plots and my memory gets all overlapped.
Never ask me a characters name. I will not know it. Yes it was 5 stars, yes it is an all time favorite and yes I have reread it, some multiple times. But I do not know their names, okay. I’m terrible with names in real life too so.
I mean… it’s not like they have an expiration date. I’ll get to them eventually.. probably. Don’t try to tell me how to live my life. Real talk. Food expires, fashion changes, I can only wear one pair of shoes at a time. Books are eternal, even old ones can be regarded as classics and loved decades and more after they’re published, and I can read as many as I want at one time. If I wanted to chastise myself for what I “waste” money on then it’d be lighting it on fire with candles, literally pouring it down the drain with bath soaks and bubble bath, and I could make the argument for subscriptions like Netflix. But I’m a single pringle so I don’t have to justify my actions to anyone. 😂
