This not from 7th Sojourn. I had that album when it came out. Sounds like something by Hayward and Lodge. Maybe a duo album. I had Bluejays but not sure if this from that album. Hayward singing.
Hi there it wasn't on the original album but added on a reissue by Justin Hayward it was meant for a later album but never happened as the band had a break
This whole album was such a treasure at the time of the great space exploration of the 1960s. I felt like i was “floating free as a bird” many times listening to it.
Justin Hayward's voice has been a constant aural balm to these trouble ears for 40 years - Necessary medication to alleviate the horrendous, banal constructions and creations of mankind.
The Moody Blues my all time favorite band. I play their music over and over again. It borders on truth. mystery and hope. Its like they are reaching for truth or existence and hope for future and sing about it. They are just ever short of the truth however found in Jesus, in God. But this does not stop my love for their music. It is the best ALL TIME. Pinder my favorite right behind him R Thomas.
There is "on the East" the magical ring of stones! Exact in a place called Odry in the north of Poland. There are the barrows with the tombs of ancient kings and chiefs of fearless warriors as well. The circled tombs of a different age. But forgotten is the race that no-one knows... So! Sit down at the stele in the center of the circle Close your eyes And listen to the music of the wind played on birch strings. PS: Some scientists say - that's the magical stone ring of Gots. But who knows for sure?
From Poland with love. Second half of 80’ was magical here, as this series was. Child (born 1980) understood it all: magic of this series and iron curtain as well. Now i see how similar we were. Similarity - still magical
THANK YOU so much for pairing this breathtaking slide show with one of the Moodies' most hauntingly beautiful songs. The same goes for what you did for their 'Island' bonus track, which is spellbinding.
