Bensin Mill is one of my favorite place, Did a small interviews with the people years ago. The large windmill is one of my focal point. My Great Grandpa build them for a living in Eastern Colorado. I never met him, but I am told with my passion for windmills was from him. To this day, I always have to get a photo of windmills everywhere I go. Enjoyed this video. Thanks for sharing.
I have a Helion, it was shipped with ELRs, the antenna is in the stupidest place and is so small, the body of the drone and battery hide the antenna when flying away, i swapped it out for crossfire diversity and have no problems on long range now.
Nice. I would have chewed through about a dozen props hitting some of those gaps on the playground. That’s when prop guards are worth it. I had a 3.5 inch cinewhoop when I first started, that would have made it possible at least. That hole in the middle of the gazebo is fun.
QUESTIONS: You fly with the safety off on the drone, I think? How do you do the upside downs and 380s? Watching your videos is the level that I would like someday to achieve.
Those towers transmit RF in a pattern like a turtle shell or an upside down bowl. Notice that as soon as you got even with the transmitters you failsafe. Your drone just got blasted with RF.
you gotta research what are those huge antenna towers at the top of the mountainthe. Dji remote uses 5.8 and it is probably not interfering as much as the ELRS. as soon as you arrived to the top you got blasted with RF from those towers and hence why you got the failsafe I think. then again, I'm just guessing
Thought the landscape looked familiar as I'm in SLC too. Appreciate the great content and footage! I just received my Helion, can't wait to take it out to fly. Question...are you running 915 mhz or 2.4 ghz ELRS?
