Why not set the indicator pin at 60 since it’s sitting at 60 when you’re done? Then just adjust the dial to 40 lock it down and then sight in 20 and 30.
I gave 700 for a brand new one from Vance outdoors. I actually had shot the bow last year when it was new but it stickered for 1300 and I decided to wait and glad I did . They also had a Hoyt RX3 carbon for 599 listed as a right handed black bow and it actually was a left hand in real tree or I would've bought it as well
I’m obsessed with anything Remington pre 2007 when they got bought out and went to shit. Particularly these 700s and the shotguns. I just bought this same rifle in 270. Made in 1990
I loved Ruger 10-22 rifle that i gifted my son , son in-law and only grandson one and one for my self. You are right, every one should at least has one. I have few hunting rifles and shotguns, but i really love my Ruger 10-22. Good video.
So spur is 52? And what’s the Pinion size? I like the speed I put a 21T pinion on my 4x4 brushed rustler the spur is 54T I used 2s today and I Burnt out the Traxxas Motor lol I’m waiting for my brushless motor to come in later
I love the rail, its amazing, LIGHTWEIGHT is everything and most of a rail upper and lower is never used, it has the spots to put on any section of rail you need to put on keeping the weight as low as possible. 80% of rail is unused even if you have a scope, light, laser and back up sights , and at least 60-70% unused if you put a fore grip and what ever else, vast majority of the bottom is extra weight, all the space between scope laser and fore grip, more than half rail nothing but extra weight, and if you have a quad its even worse, maybe a light goes on side, I love this design has enough picatinny for what I need.
Man, hopefully soon I haven’t been able to really shoot a lot of 3-D. My wife works on the weekend and I watch our son. He should be able to tagalong with me this coming year though.
Hey on your Omen did you find that it is a bit front heavy? I had to put quite a bit of weight on my back bar in order to get it leveled well. I do have my sight out pretty far though. Just curious on what you think.
@@guardianminifarm8005 even at 30 yards any broad head can hit way off from your field point. It’s easier if you have the bow at the draw weight you can handle for multiple shots then set it to specs. I start with getting it paper tuned to my hunting arrow. Then get my 20 sight setting perfect. If everything is right you should only have to move the scope settings to get it zero. To get the broad head to hit with the field point you may need to move the rest. Like in 1/64th of an inch movement. Because sometimes it takes quite a few shots it may be best to do all this in more than one session. This part is something you don’t want to rush. And shoot every arrow with a broadhead on it that you will be taking to the field. Never assume every arrow will fly like your setup arrow did.
You are right the pse limbs are under more preload than the prime. They are both great bows it just comes down to what feels better in your hand.I own a prime ion that i picked up brand new in bow on ebay a few years ago for $300. I shoot it just as good as the pse.
I tried ABB this year . I called them up and talked to someone and told them I normally use GAS but was interested in the opposite twist they run to run with a right helical . Gave me a discount to try them out . Put strings on and serving separated on both cables string and yokes . Not a good first impression , they are local and it sucks to say but they blew their one chance .
I Shoot a Traditional Bare Bow...and what I am seeing here is this is like a Golf Course..I think Archery like this useing a Compound bow is like Shooting a Gun.its like Cheating...its alot Different from Traditional Archery
There are a lot of fake Romeo 5s selling on Amazon and eBay. There's a handful of videos to tell if you got a fake or a real one. The fakes are done very well. If you didn't have a real one it would be difficult to tell
Lance woodland was my neighbor several years back when they were designing this. He brought the prototype to my house and it was amazing then. They improved it from there prior to releasing it, so I did wanted to get one! Are they still available any where?
If you follow that gravel road it takes you to the same spot but a much easier walk lol. Used to fish and swim there all the time as a kid. Lots of snakes
@@MerrittOutdoor Oh bummer, so you never saw any thread lines when you disassembled it. I know the Gen 1 model definitely has them, but I guess this Gen 2 (if you will) does not.
