I upload video game music. Most videos will be edits of dynamic music made to closely match the in-game experience with the smoothest transitions possible. My playlists may contain unlisted music that I have not edited / changed myself. I own none of the music uploaded, and only upload for the enjoyment of fans looking to enjoy the soundtracks of games as they exist within their source material.
This part of the game cemented this as the best Zelda of all time for me ... Even beating out OoT, which is very hard. I think in time the criticism will fade, and this will go down as one of the best Zelda ever made.
Man, at 3:20, this one bit in the entire song, this is the moment where you really feel like the rest of the world is on the line, possibly one of my favorite bits of any zelda song ever. This is also still the version on RU-vid with the best pacing out of any of em, the stuff that needs looping gets looped, the stuff that gets needs to progress to the next bits always does at the right times, great job.
Thank you!! I just finished the game last night and this battle was probably the most fun I’ve had in a video game in a while. And this track absolutely slaps!!
The beauty of this game is that I played through the entire main story without ever knowing that this dive ceremony existed, until I decided to check out one of the islands one day… For me, it’s all the little grand discoveries like these that make this game so, so amazing.
- Be me - Want to hunt for a shiny Chimchar because I love the silly monkey - Head to Ramanas Island - Hear THIS - *p a n i c* - Look for the source of this absolutely unprecedented anxiety inducing noise - Landorus appears out of nowhere and hurls a sandstorm at my face - Panic even harder and almost black out trying to escape - Thirty minute long chase ensues, many smoke bombs and stealth sprays lost - Finally realise I can battle him if I get his shield down - Nearly OHKO on accident with my Samurott’s Ice Beam - Run - The chase begins once more - FINALLY catch him - Remembers that there are three more forces of nature - Remembers that there are even more legendaries than that - 😫
There is a sweet somberness that dawns upon me when listening to the night versions of these peaceful songs. The peaceful sadness of twilight. Wonderful. Yet eye watering.
Spoiler warning (even though the game’s a year old now) Getting the Master Sword back by pulling it out of a dragon’s head while it’s still flying through the air….. I did not see that one coming. Absolutely amazing moment.
They should have added a build up when climbing death mountain with Yunobo and then when jumping into death mountain it becomes dramatic. When Link and Sidon swim up the waterfall it should have music playing which picks up as they’re going. When Link and Riju explore the halls of the Lighting Temple before finding the main room music should play and become more dramatic with a desert spin to it. When Link goes across dragon head isles the music should have picked up or changed the closer you got to the mask. Every problem across Hyrule should have had music like this.
